Very terrible service!! The manager is not professional at all. I tried several times to resolve my card fraud issue but she asked me to schedule an appointment first. This is a bank not a hospital. Walk-in service should be allowed. Also, some of the employees are not polite and friendly at all. Anyway, based on such service, you can imagine how the performance of citizens bank will be.

Very disappointed with this branch and the manager. Very unprofessional manager and who does not take the time to talk to the customers. Cannot believe that this type of attitude exists in a service industry. We have been Citizen bank customers for nearly 20 years now and the way the manager treated us is appalling.

Wouldn't show up to this branch early by even a minute the rude bank tellers, will have the time to inform you what time it is but not take your deposit. Wonder if they understand my deposits are how they get paid. I'd find another branch to stop at. I've been with citizens, since it was Mellon bank and I'd rather go back to making deposits at my elementary school like it's 1998 then go back here.
