Damaging a vehicle is extremely aggravating. It’s typically expensive, you have to get a rental car, and you never know when you’re getting your car back! That is not the case at all with Caliber in Wexford. Caliber worked closely with my insurance company to make sure my car was fixed in the most cost effective way. Besides submitting the incident, I was not inconvenienced in the slightest about getting my car paid for because Caliber managed the rest. They were able to get me an appointment the following day and had my repairs complete in two weeks! On top of all that they coordinated with enterprise to assure a car was available for me and facilitated the drop off and return. Their app provides real time up dates as to where your car is at any given time during the repair process. If that service isn’t great enough, Tom called as a follow up to each app post to assess the timeline of completion. The team is not only top notch, they set the standard for excellence.

It was a good process. I was a bit agitated when someone hit my parked vehicle and took off. But Caliber and the staff did a great job from the time I first got there. Streamlined process with the repair and rental. Kept me informed the whole time. I was happy with the work they did.

Recently had repair work done at Caliber Collision, Tom Macioce kept me informed on a regular as to the work being done and the length of time until my car would be finished. Customer Service also very friendly and informative. Upon completion I received a very detail report of the work that was done and Tom greeted me when I picked up the car.

Communication was on point and they were very pleasant to work with. We did not have to do much of anything between them, insurance, and Enterprise rental. Pricing was reasonable and they didn't push to fix more than was needed. I'll use them again for sure. Thanks Caliber!

The day I brought my vehicle in, they were supposed to do the estimate and I was supposed to come back. After looking at the car and hearing my concerns for it being safe to drive, they called for my rental, had me set and ready to go in under an hour! If that isn’t service. But wait it gets better! I got calls regularly regarding the progress of the repairs and an estimate of completion. I was concerned about the insurance using after market parts and was assured and provided the lifetime guarantee of the parts and repairs. They were great through the entire process. I would highly recommend this shop for any body work and the staff were all knowledgeable and kind. If you find yourself needing auto body work this is the only place to go. You can’t tell my car was damaged at all. Looks perfect, drives perfect. All sensors working after the last few days of well over 150 miles of driving and no shaking or anything. It’s like I never hit that deer. Very happy customer.

Dealing with Caliber Collision was a pleasure. They kept me informed with frequent updates of where my vehicle was in the process of being repaired. My only complaint would be the time that it took to be completed, but fortunately I have a second car so didn't have to pay for a rental for a month. I believe that many places of this kind of work are this far behind.
