Had another company planned to get my car which they failed to do or let me know. The next day they were running almost 2 hours late. Called Boff and they had a guy with a flatbed ready to go in 15 minutes- AND was cheaper than the other company. Tow truck driver was very polite and friendly and had the car hooked up in just a couple minutes. Very pleased with every aspect of the situation and will continue to use them in the future!

Called needed a emergency pick up for my son‘s car. They came out within 20 minutes picked up the car jumped it and drove it to the repair shop. Very impressed with their

front desk lady got an additude that’s way larger than her pay rate and all the work me and my family got done here ended up failing inspections at other places (multiple things). miserable people do miserable work :)

Exceptional is all I can say! My tire blew as I was driving my mom and 2 kids home, still 45 minutes from home. I have no idea how to change a tire. I called Boff’s and a tow truck came out to check on us. The gentleman driving change the tire for me. It’s not even something they usually do but he was so kind and said he didn’t want us to be stranded with the kids. Our roadside assistance would have been over an hour wait and maybe longer. I was so thankful for the kindness of this gentleman.

This is my go to shop for auto repair! They communicate with you very well anytime they run into an issue with your vehicle and keep you updated. They were also very helpful with making suggestions with a power supply issue with all of my aftermarket accessories. Very reasonable pricing as well.

My car broke down and got towed here considering it was only 10 min away, they told me they couldn't get to it till the following week. I called after 6 days and said someone was coming to tow it away so i could get it fixed somewhere else. I was told that my final bill was $540!! There is a "storage price" for $65 a day. I don't understand why my bill was such a large amount for only towing and I've never heard of someone charging a storage price. Would not recommend if you're willing to save money!!!!
