Customer beware! The Baierl service group in Wexford is weak at best. They misdiagnosed my air conditioning issue twice, charged me over $550 and with no results. No remorse and no apology for misdiagnosing the issue twice. Do yourself a favor - find another Honda service organization for repairs.

I would give zero stars if it were an option. Taking my 2023 Honda Civic to Baierl Honda has truly been one of the worst dealer experiences. The Staff have shown little care for getting my issue resolved. The level of fiIth left on the inside of my brand new vehicle have shown nothing but complete disregard to someone else's property and poor workmanship. (scuffs all over door panels, grease left on dashboard and drivers seat, mud all over floor mat) I would highly recommend going elsewhere for Honda Service.

Got a new car but had a few issues with it, which to me, made it seem a little less than new. Luckily I was able to bring it back a few days later to get those few things fixed. Still waiting to get one more thing done - something I hadn't noticed until driving it for a week. But anytime I noticed something , I was assured it'd be fixed - and so far so good.
