CONSUMER BEWARE! Went to get my sons Honda power steering fixed, told me almost $3700. When my eyes shot out of my head the service tech said, turn it in to insurance. Easy for him to say. At least they smile at you when they're trying to screw you. Ended up taking car to Foreign Auto on Rt 8, under $1000 for the $3700 fleecing they were trying to pull. The $150 I had to pay for them to try to screw me was worth it. I've purchased 3 brand new cars since 2013 from Baierl. To the Lithia Group, way to ruin Baierl's long respected name in Pittsburgh. See my other review after you tried to stick it to me again at Baierl Accura. They do honor extended warranties but it will cost you to look at. They'll always work the angle to make you pay even though you're protected with a warranty. FROM EXPERIENCE, I HIGHLY "DO NOT" RECOMMEND THE LITHIA GROUP FOR ANYTHING AUTOMOBILE RELATED!

Ken Dash was great to work with. He worked with me on a variety of options on the vehicle (2022 Pilot SE) before deciding to make the purchase. His prompt response time and courteous demeanor only made it better. I would recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to go see him.

Baierl service department was great. In and out for an inspection. Inspection was free since we bought from them. Our family loves Honda. Great vehicles and very reliable. The ridgeline truck is the best.

I believe Baierl has taken its negative reviews seriously (at least in the Service Dept). I brought my Honda Fit (purchased in California) for some minor work and was amazed at how easy it was to schedule during this pandemic. Moreover, the friendly staff (Christian) followed up with me within an hour of drop-off and was able to resolve my issues before COB. I have no history w/ Baierl but the fact that they are now surveying customers and share the direct line to someone handling claims that are anything less than excellent shows promise. As a reoccurring resident, I can see why the brand is synonymous w/ Pittsburgh - SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have had mediocre service there for the past couple of years. Gave them a final chance last week and got more mediocrity. This time they didn't check a warning light as requested, left me locked out of my car, and left another customer's registration and insurance cards in my car. Previous service, delivered car with small fluid leak. The time before, failed to diagnose a bad battery. They aren't cheap, which I wouldn't mind if they performed better.

The process was very quick and painless. My salesman, Joe Martinkovich was very friendly and helpful. Lindsay in finance was also awesome. I was in my new car and out the door in about an hour.
