Update: Chevy said they were looking into this and I never heard back… not impressed with their customer service
Horrible experience. Their mechanic misdiagnosed the fuel pump error that my truck issued. He replaced the entire system instead of the sensor. After replacing the system, the fuel pump error still showed so they replaced the sensor and told me I wouldn’t be charged for it. Looking at my receipt, I was charged for the replacement pump and sensor. On top of that, they had my truck for two months with minimal communication from the service manager. I’d leave voicemail after voicemail for him with no response. Terrible service. Can’t wait to get rid of my Chevy and never drive one again.

The maintenance department did an excellent job with solving my issue and was very helpful for my first time being there. I really appreciate everyone's kindness and helpfulness with the issue at hand. They did a very professional job and I hope to have them solve more problems in the future.

Took my Cadillac in for trouble with my transmission. They wanted 8k to fix it. This is totally ridiculous. I would not recommend this dealership.

Baierl Service Dept. provides consistently fast, efficient service! I especially like the progress updates via iPhone texts. The service advisors I have interacted with were knowledgeable, professional and pleasant.

Would have been nice to be greeted when I came in instead of standing in reception while people walked past me to let me know I would be waited on momentarily. Told car was done and my oil change wasn’t even completed. Very frustrating as I had to get a ride here to pick up my car.

I am so grateful for everyone at Baierl Chevrolet for getting my truck up and running. Laura was extremely helpful and kept me updated as my truck was getting a transmission replacement and was very nice. It’s hard to find an honest business for vehicle repairs but they seem fair and honest here.
