a minor aminor issue with my side mirror...but for driving it was a major issue. 2 other dealerships couldn't help me on a Saturday morning. Avery at Baierl told me to come over and he would look at it. He fixed it in less than 2 minutes! High praise for him and Baierl!

Cadillac dealership is closed. Called for appointment phone just rings and rings, Google says it is now part of Bariel Chevrolet, Called that number and it too rang and rang. I scheduled an appointment with Rohrich Cadillac.

Ready to buy 2 Chevy work vans for asking price through our fleet company. Sales manager wouldn’t work with us because they “wouldn’t make enough money since we didn’t have a trade in and since we weren’t going to use their financing”. Gladly took our business to Bowser Chevy in Beaver County the same day. Imagine running a business like that.. Yikes.

Collision department--The customer service was very bad , they cared more about their own business than rectifying the issue at hand and did more damage to the truck that I took to them to be fixed rather than just fixing the truck correctly. It's been two months and we now have to jump through hoops to get this done. Didn't allow me to post without a star but I would rate this place a 0 overall

My wife brought in her 2014 ATS to get the yearly state inspection done. The service dept told her it would be close to $300 to replace the right front headlight BULB (halogen, not LED or Xenon). After buying a $30 replacement bulb and watching a 7 minute youtube video, it took me less than 30 minutes to do it myself. She was also told at the last inspection (over a year ago) that the radiator was leaking and would cost hundreds of dollars to repair. I did a leak test and did not find any leak, and its been running fine for the past year. This service department will try to rip you off, buyer beware!
