“Service was so amazing that I'm considering moving to North Hills! I was in town from Atlanta visiting my father in hospice when my "low coolant" warning came on at 7:45PM after leaving the hospital. I called LRNH in a panic to see if they could service my car. Rachel answered the phone and not only made me feel cared for but gave me confidence that this was one issue I could leave to them to deal with for me. The car was towed to the facility after hours, and LRNH made it easy for the tow truck to leave my key in the overnight drop box. Patrick called me first thing in the morning promising me they'd get to the car that day and get back to me ASAP. He was also very thoughtful and understanding to help coordinate repairs with my husband when I wasn't available. Not only did they replace my damaged O ring, they washed the 680 miles of bugs off of my car, Caden delivered the car to the hospital the next day, and left a wonderful gift certificate to a local restaurant...FREE OF CHARGE!!! If this had happened with an Atlanta dealership, I'd have to wait a week to get my car looked at, I would not have had the same communication experience, I would have had to get a rental car for a week and a half, and I would have spent at least $1000. Honestly thinking of working all car maintenances around my trips back home to the area!!”

“I had a great experience at Flynn’s Tire in Wexford. I just in for a tire mount and balance, state inspection and emission. I’m an automotive technician that is very particular about my vehicles. Down to the alignment dots on the tires to the alignment in the windshield of the new inspection stickers. I provided a long list of specific requests, if they were willing to do so. “I’ve hired Hesse Service on multiple occasions to perform repairs and restorative work on a 1984 Ford Bronco II XLT. Some of the repairs have included replacing the rear leaf spring shackles, bushings, and mounting brackets, replacing the rear shocks, installing a replacement end gate latch, replacing new valve covers and gaskets, replacing the fuel pump, replacing the carburetor, replacing the alternator, replacing the belts, replacing the brake booster and master cylinder, replacing the ignition module, replacing the battery box with a new one that was welded into place, rewiring the terminal to chassis, replacing the battery cables, various diagnostic work, and more. Mark and his team have been a pleasure to work with while restoring the Bronco. Hesse Service is dependable, fair, and knowledgeable. I’d strongly recommend this shop for automotive repairs and restoration as they’re a neighborhood gem. I’ve included some pictures of installations and repairs for reference.”

“I recently inquired on line about a new vehicle for my wife. It was pretty much a want more than a need. I will have to say that the attention I received from the dealership right up to the GM Laura was 5 star. They really took the time and made the deal very fair. I have purchased from this group before (Subaru) and will most certainly provide them with my future automotive purchases. This is the first dealership where a reach out by the GM has ever occurred and I have purchased close to 100 vehicles in my lifetime. So note to any other dealers out there, if you want to impress your potential buyers get your GM/Manager involved in the process. Most dealerships hide the GMs away in a glass office that has alarms go off if you attempt a conversation . They are like some rare breed that can't be seen or heard from and speaking with them is like a sit down with the Pope. Laura reached out to me and was wonderful to talk with. I also should give a shout out to Madeline who hopped right on via text. Thank you again for your time for my wife's vehicle. “Exceptional is all I can say! My tire blew as I was driving my mom and 2 kids home, still 45 minutes from home. I have no idea how to change a tire. I called Boff’s and a tow truck came out to check on us. The gentleman driving change the tire for me. It’s not even something they usually do but he was so kind and said he didn’t want us to be stranded with the kids. Our roadside assistance would have been over an hour wait and maybe longer.
