“I’ve hired Hesse Service on multiple occasions to perform repairs and restorative work on a 1984 Ford Bronco II XLT. Some of the repairs have included replacing the rear leaf spring shackles, bushings, and mounting brackets, replacing the rear shocks, installing a replacement end gate latch, replacing new valve covers and gaskets, replacing the fuel pump, replacing the carburetor, replacing the alternator, replacing the belts, replacing the brake booster and master cylinder, replacing the ignition module, replacing the battery box with a new one that was welded into place, rewiring the terminal to chassis, replacing the battery cables, various diagnostic work, and more. Mark and his team have been a pleasure to work with while restoring the Bronco. Hesse Service is dependable, fair, and knowledgeable. I was forced to get my Rover into repair asap as a dashboard notice scared the daylights out of me. I called these folks on a Friday and as busy as they were, dear Patrick got my car in and even finagled a loaner for me. All this was done on an emergency basis. I heard back from them first thing Monday morning as they "CAT" scanned the issue, made repairs and got it all done quickly and with the utmost in courtesy. Once again a shout out to Elizabeth and to Patrick and team who rescued me! Great team.

Last Easter the car broke down and we had it towed to another dealer which was closer to my daughter's school. This dealer denied the extended warranty. I was extremely frustrated and called the Wright Nissan. Cassandra was a god-send. She was appalled as to how I was being treated and took over getting my car fixed. She had my daughter's car towed to Wright Nissan and kept me in the loop with the whole process. Meghan (I hope I spelled her name right), then took over and when I say they were through I am not kidding. They made sure we had a loaner car and not a worry in the world. Several months and a whole new engine later my daughter is happily back in her car and Wright Nissan has a customer for life.”
