“Most recent experience this past weekend:
I was forced to get my Rover into repair asap as a dashboard notice scared the daylights out of me. I called these folks on a Friday and as busy as they were, dear Patrick got my car in and even finagled a loaner for me. All this was done on an emergency basis. I heard back from them first thing Monday morning as they "CAT" scanned the issue, made repairs and got it all done quickly and with the utmost in courtesy. Once again a shout out to Elizabeth and to Patrick and team who rescued me! Great team.

“Took my car in for state inspection and oil and tire rotation. I also asked if I needed anything else to keep my car in great condition and running properly and safely. Since I had just a little over 40,000 miles on my Tiguan it was recommended to me by my service rep and technician that was doing the work things that they would recommend. They completed the work and I was very satisfied with the whole process. I was kept informed by the helpful video and the update by the service rep Joseph Mazzocchetti. They were very helpful and a great credit to the overall experience in the service department. It was a enjoyable trip to service department and I am very satisfied”

The whole team from Zack to Holt to Chris in finance went above and beyond to find the best options to make it work! Not to mention I have a beautiful bright red 2019 Jeep Compass as my new SUV.
