“The salesman I worked with was very laid back a no pressure kind of guy. I was car shopping due to unexpected circumstances, and thus waiting on an insurance check. They were kind enough to work with me and not make it an ordeal. The next part is were they earned the 5th star. The second day I had the car, I noticed an issue. Even though it was mostly cosmetic in nature, they were willing to take it back and check it out and see if they could correct the issue. While it isn't perfect, it is better. I feel they atleast cared enough to try and look into it. We made future arrangements as well.”

After the drive we stated that we are in contact with other VW dealerships as well and will do business with whoever made the best offer.
