I just wanted to take a moment to express my thanks to one of your employees. Last Wednesday I was at your Wexford location. I was looking for a sideboard for my dining room. I was greeted with a smile when I arrived. She was so helpful with different decorating ideas for me. You immediately knew she was well informed regarding design. She showed me different options with the space I had available. I will be back soon! Her name was Angelica.

Showroom is beautiful. Love arhaus quality overall. Julio helped us out, he was very knowledgeable and helpful! We had our little ones with us and he was amazing with them not skipping a beat while helping us with our needs and keeping the kids happy at the same time. Go visit him in Wexford. A+!

Great service and great products. Angelica was exceptionally helpful. As someone that was unsure of more modern styles, she exceeded every expectation I had while designing my house. I’d recommend her to anyone looking to add to their homes. If you, like me, are worried about finding the right fit for your tastes, you could do no better than Angelica and Arhaus.

I stopped in the store, did some shopping and had great help from Julio, he was very knowledgeable and super helpful with curating the right pieces for me. Julio was very patient and I will be coming back to buy more stuff and get advice and help from Julio

They have the most horrible customer service with a hint of racism. If you don't belong to a particular race, they won't greet or help you when you enter their Wexford store unless you show them you have money. When we were ready to spend $35,000, their attitude completely changed. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, my wife and I thought we might have been mistaken.
However, a month after our purchase, our furniture arrived, and one of the consoles was damaged. We assumed it could have been transportation damage. Then, my daughter sat on an accent chair, and the color transferred from her clothing. We were shocked, especially since we had paid extra for care protection. The next day, I went to the store and complained to an employee. Her response was, "Don't let your daughter sit on the furniture." It was the most horrible, rude, and ugly response I had ever heard. I controlled my anger and asked, "I can tell my daughter not to sit, but how about our guests? Should I tell them the same thing?"
That same day, I emailed customer service about the incident and got no reply. After a week, I sent another email stating they should either come and take the furniture back or I would dispute the charge. I got an immediate response requesting pictures. After sending the pictures, I received no further communication, so I disputed the charge. A month later, I got a letter stating I owed them money. I emailed again, requesting copies of all voicemails. I then received a call from the store manager, Nicole, to schedule a pickup. They eventually collected the furniture.
Now, they have sent a letter from a debt collection agency stating I owe them money which i don't.
1)Their substandard quality does not match their high prices.
2)They lack ethics and professionalism.
3)They only respond to threatening emails.
The whole scenario is such a shame.
I doubt this review will change their business practices, but at least it might help someone reading it to be cautious.

We outfitted much of our home from Arhaus Wexford and have been very satisfied with most of what we purchased. From our dining set, couch and entertainment center being the best of what we’ve received. The outdoor teak furniture is subpar but we will live with it. The delivery team is better than most. Mike is excellent and Maureen was a great help also. Very nice furniture overall.

SHAWN IS AWESOME!!! some designers there aren’t so nice …. I recommend him to all!!!! With that said it’s been an ordeal to get furniture that isn’t damaged … not their fault but cmon …. These furniture makers need to get their act together !!! Examine the piece before you pack and ship saves a lot of aggravation !!!!!

Nice furniture but everything always comes in damaged. Might take five plus deliveries to get undamaged items.

Good luck getting service/support after you purchase something. Sales team tends to not respond to emails/phone calls for days. Good products here but wouldn't buy here again to do service. I would recommend going to RH in Ross Park Mall. Customer service is much more efficient here

Please be sure your sale assistant is familiar with all store policies before you open a credit card. We were ripped off from our rewards money because our associate did not tell us all of our options in opening a credit card. I'd hate for this to happen to anyone else. The store is unwilling to do anything for us even though we spent plenty of money. Super disappointing, be careful.
