I used Weichert Realty this past summer, to purchase a house. Even though I really never heard of them before, I found them very professional and extremely proficient in all aspects of the process. I highly recommend Weichert Realty company to whom ever is in search of a house!Also I would like to recommend Michelle Petty as a Realtor. I was a returning client, but I'm never coming back to this agency. The main guy over there was very unprofessional and tried to use intimidation tactics on us when we wanted to fire them for their incompetency and lack of respect. It took them weeks to initially put the "For Sale" sign up and a couple weeks to take it down when we finally fired them. They specialize in closing and buying properties, but they have no clue when it comes to selling. Overall terrible experience with these guys and they only care about making a buck vs. helping you.
