I highly suggest finding another mortgage company to work with! Thomas Kuban has messed up multiple mortgages for me. The first time I used them for a commercial loan (LLC investment properties) he told me the bank we were going through was a fixed rate and it would be locked for 5 years. That was not the case and it turns out it was a fixed payment and with interest rates rising I am now paying 7.75% interest when I should have been locked in at 4%. On my personal home he gave me an incorrect cost sheet with inaccurate taxes which had my monthly payments off by $281 per month X 12 months X 30 years is $101,160.00 that he miscalculated as I was showing up to close on the house. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
