I would give the product lines a 5 and the staff a 1 star. They don't ask if you need assistance and when you do have a conversation they are miserable. Never a smile or a thank you.

Bought a Stihl blower and it broke the first use. Never explained they would refuse to take it back and now I’m paying MORE MONEY to get it fixed. Never spending another dime here sadly.

Staff is nice, store is clean but prices are outrageous and not competitive!! I stopped going here a few years ago due to pricing where I need birdseed today and I spent ~33% more than a competitor. Good reminder to me to go elsewhere…

I had the pleasure of playing in the Wexford ACE Hardware golf outing last year. The family owned Wexford ACE could not have done more to benefit the Children's Miracle Network of Children's Hospitals! Hosting the golf outing was one thing but their generosity that day with donations from the store was incredible! I have never seen better raffle prizes and auction items! I also learned that they have a program called "Operation Brown Bear" that distributes stuffed bears to Children's Hospitals all over the nation. I was surprised to learn that this is a Wexford ACE initiative! I understand they were honored by the ACE hardware corporation at their annual meeting for their generosity. I'm proud of the Wexford ACE family and I will be coming into town to play in the upcoming Wexford outing on July 22nd 2024..... I cant wait! Bravo Wexford ACE!!

I can’t say enough about Ace Hardware in Wexford!! I have been going to this business for years for my business needs, home and even my husbands special holiday gifts!! Their inventory is amazing along with their customer service. I am also very impressed with all of the support/donations they give to children’s hospital to help the kiddos!! Not only do they help children’s but so many people in our community. Thank you To Laurie and her family for always helping me and for building such an amazing business for our everyday needs and more!!! We LOVE Ace and love to support their small business! Definitely would recommend to you if you haven’t been there yet!!!

The woman that owns this store is a vile human being. She probably shouldn’t be allowed 5 miles from a school either. She scolded and degraded my 5 year old daughter infront of other customers for playing with the toys upfront. First of all, don’t have your store look like chucky cheese threw up in it if you don’t want kids to come in to possibly buy something. Second of all, she wasn’t hurting or breaking anything and after my husband put you in your place, my 5 year old thanked him for saving her from the mean woman. Do better.

I just visited the store to make a simple return. While I was in there I was looking at the smokers about 25 feet from the entrance. There are tons of toys and candy when you first walk in maybe 10 feet. So I had my 5 year old amd 9 year old with me. Now mind you I'm about 15 feet from them. My Youngest takes 3 plastic tube's neon in color she connects 3 of them together and lays them the floor. A lady then says to her in front of a customer she is helping with spices and sauces this isn't a Toys R Us come on clean it up... At first I thought she was a customer but realized she wasn't amd was helping him. So I let that go mind you that's how close I was I literally heard exactly what she said. She I come back over amd tell my daughter to clean them up we are going amd as she's picking them up this lady a (Manager) looks back over now 10 feet from us and goes ya that's right clean them all up. At that point I snapped at her and said don't talk to my kids. I'm right here and I told her to pick them up. I don't need her parenting them. I also addressed her tone with them and asked why are there toys here if you.cant touch them? I mean literally it's a cluster F of toys and candy just scattered when you walk in looks lile a $1 store. But I then asked for her supervisor she said she was. I said ok then how about a regional or district she said no?? She could help me with whatever I needed. I said you can't help me. This female blonde manager needs some real training of how to talk tp people amd how tp treat people evidently more specific children. We all come in to stores with kids amd when you have all of that do you really expect a kid not to pick up toys??? It was on the ground literally for 2 mins and I make sure my kids clean anything they pick up goes back to where it was. Her ignorant comments towards my 5 year old is intolerable. Did she think she was funny saying that in front of a customer? Yes I cause a small scene because I called her out for what she said. I believe she just thought she could talk to my daughter however she wanted. Will not be back only to return things I have purchased here before.

1st time customer at this ACE as others did no have what I needed in stock.
Ordered online and upon arrival the gentleman at pu had my item ready.
Parking entrance an exit was very easy.

I visited the Wexford Ace Hardware (next to Aldi’s) recently. The staff was very friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was also very surprised at the extensive selection available. I find it refreshing to shop at a smaller store where you receive more personal help instead of getting lost in a big box store. This is a great place for people that don’t have a lot of Mr. Fix It ability like me. Thank you Ace.

Grills, grills and more grills! Jeez.It's ACE, so you can normally find what you need, but you will pay five times what it should cost. They are good for actual hardware, but you would be nuts to buy anything else here. I honestly don't know how they are still in business.
