I always get my hair done here by Caroline and she always makes it so perfect!! The staff at the front desk are always so nice and welcoming. Adam was extremely kind and helpful at the front desk!
Stylist: Caroline always does my hair here and she does such a good job with color and cuts! It’s always so beautiful and looks exactly how I want!

If you are looking for a fabulous massage, then book with Joe D. I have gone to him multiple times, whether I am having trouble spots, sensitive areas to avoid, or an overall full body, he does an amazing job with the perfect amount of pressure. I've been to other therapists who don't apply enough pressure but he is one of the best. I have often times fallen into a peaceful slumber.... When my 90 minutes is up... I could go for 90 more! Thank you Joe :)

Obviously this facility is focused mostly on hair and nails, even though they offer massages & have for a long time, it’s not even listed as a service and it definitely shows in the treatment of the guest. I have come here in the past and thought it was a great experience with the hot tub, couples massages, relax with glass of wine, etc. but this time was different. I knew that they had no longer had a hot tub, of course due to Covid, but I set up with the receptionist for my bf’s birthday, for us to arrive a half hour early to prepare & relax with a glass of champagne in the relaxation room prior to massages. We came to the salon & was set in a room and was never bothered with for over 25 minutes till I approached them. No one seem to know what was going on. The massage therapist appeared three minutes before our massages should’ve began to get us ready however no paperwork was ever done, there was no shoes available in the male locker room nor were there any keys for the lockers so he had to carry everything over to the female side & was forced to wear his tennis shoes. So we never had any time prior to massage to do what we had planned. The second massage therapist showed up late so the massages were started 10 minutes late. The massages were less than good & this by far was the worst spa treatment I’ve ever had anywhere. They charge the price of a high-end spa, but definitely do not deliver on service! The staff all knew we were upset with the situation but made acknowledgment or remedy for us being displeased with the service. Definitely will never return.
