“Have had all three of our vehicles here after we found Shaffers and every time the work has been done on or ahead of schedule and at or below the initial estimate. The last time I had work scheduled and then called to move it up a day. Signals got crossed and it was not ready when I stopped by after work to pick it up . . . their response was to pull it in and get it done before they closed and wait for me to come back to pay and pick it up. Any other place would have said sorry, come back tomorrow but Shaffers accommodated us and got it done which shows the true definition of customer focus in how they operate. I have recommended them to several coworkers who are now going to use them exclusively after receiving the same level of service as we have. The automotive repair business is challenging especially with the newer technology but Shaffers has the skills to get the work done and the attention to customers that will have them coming back.”

“My van blew a tire in a very dangerous section on Route 80. It was approximately 4:15 am. I called and the gentleman was pleasant. He told me that he would be there in 40 minutes and arrived in 30 minutes. Drove me to tire repair shop and I’m writing this review as I’m waiting for the shop to open. “These folks are kind, people-centric and thoughtful. My son's car broke down (Radiator blowout) about 20 miles west of Frackville on I-81 over the Labor Day Weekend. He found Marko Radiator on the web and managed to "limp" his car to their location, drop it off and continue on his way to New York after Mom came to his aide (from Michigan). I contacted them when they opened on Tuesday morning, and the owner explained that they only supply and rebuild radiators and they don't actually replace them in cars. After I shared my situation, he told me not to worry, he would take care of it and get it repaired. They repaired the car and charged me a very reasonable price. In this day and age of many cut-throat businesses that take advantage of people's problems, it's refreshing to see a business that treats people like friends and family and goes out of their way to help them. I highly recommend Marko Radiator! Thanks a bunch Marko Radiator Team!”

“I took my car there for a broken ball joint . They looked at it 10 mins before they closed. They fixed it the next day and I picked it up after 500 pm when they were closed. They were nice enough to stay over to fix it .”
