Gotten my deer processed here for 3 years now, hoping it would get better. First year seems like I didn’t get all product, but was happy with what I got. Next year no venison hot dogs, but will have for next year and again shorted on the meat coming back. This last year I was lucky to get a few pounds of dogs, but still meat short. Insist they weigh in front of you. That’s my bad! Prices are high, but that’s everywhere. Don’t be fooled check the weights on you sheet, then calculate. Best of luck!

I do believe I was shorted meat in the end. Took a doe that weighed about 130lbs live weight. Wanted every thing ground except for tenderloin and back strap. Either that don’t clean as much meat of the bones as my NY butcher does or they kept/gave away some of my meat. I only got 21lbs of burger and looks like only one back strap not both. Hard to tell the way it’s packaged. Either way the burger amount is a let down. I’ve had at least 35lbs on a smaller deer before. I should’ve received double the 21lbs. Very disgusted and will not return.

Haven't been disappointed in selection of meats or by the customer service we have received very helpful. Sylvester has Quality in their name and you can be sure to get Quality in their meat

Great service, wonderful quality meats. Best place to buy pork not overly salty or chemically enhanced like you get in grocery stores.

Absolutely the best place for all your meats, including Venison!! I had my Doe done into jalapeno and mesquite snake sticks and they are to die for?! They crew and owner are very helpful, friendly and down to earth!! The place is so clean and organized I wouldn't go anywhere else!!! If you haven't been there you don't know what your missing!!!!

I paid a little more than I normally have but wow we are so happy with what we got. The link sausage amazing we will get it done like that again, breakfast sausage perfect, bacon is really good and fries up nice. I've had bacon done at other places and not been happy with it. My son got some pork chops and told me they are really good and cut just right. I am going to try having them do ham for us next time. I'm fussy when it comes to my ham. Great job thank you.

Absolutely terrible establishment. Not willing to work with people. If you want your meat cut right go somewhere else. The owner is an ok guy the daughters gonna run this place into the ground

Awesome place, I was looking for a butcher near my cabin and found this place. I was very pleased when I got there. Great prices and selection, they also have Duck Eggs! There is also a little shop in the store.
