“I can say I've honestly never had a bad experience here. I primarily shop here for vape pod supplies but the staff has been very friendly and more than willing to answer any questions on products. They'll occasionally have BOGO half off vape products too which I've never seen anywhere else.”

I switched to this store because the previous business I had never was appropriately stocked and rarely had my brand.Noah should be management. Solid employees are difficult to find and as a staffing recruiter, I would totally poach him. Kudos Noah & Cool Vapes!”

“Trying to quit smoking for some time now. Went out to another vape shop and got some bad advice to where I feel like I ended up smoking more. These guys in tiny box just straight up blew my mind in such a great way. Feel like I'm walking out of there with a plan for success. Didn't gash me on price and it wasn't a sales pitch that I was getting. They were genuinely interested in making sure that I was satisfied. Even if it meant down the road they would lose a customer.
