“Zack and Sarah assisted me. Their service was excellent all very knowledgeable and update on any questions I had asked them! Sarah was extremely attentive and very quick to answer no matter what time of the day it was. Zack has now sold me 2 cars and both experiences have been awesome and smooth and wholesome. However my only complaint would be the car itself. I had purchased a 2018 Chevy Colorado with only 30,000 miles on it a few dents which will be repaired by the dealership free of charge and a provided loner vehicle. However after what I thought was a great test drive turned out not to be. The truck landed back at CarShop 5 days after I had bought it for transmission issues I’m sure this was to no fault of the dealership but when a customer has problems off the lot you provide them a loaner you don’t leave them stranded. I would still conderiser buying from CarShop in the future but never be afraid to ask for a second test drive as I was! Great company overall and great personnel as well I still do and always will recommend this company! We are all not perfect!”

“I purchased an 07 Toyota Matrix in excellent condition from Milan Motors. I was put in a position where my car was totaled, and I was driving a rental car. I went to look at the car on the last day that insurance would pay for my rental. Dimitar helped give me a ride back dropping off the rental to buy the Matrix. Of course the car was exactly as described, clean so I had no doubt that I would buy it. One of the last fixes he made was replacing the lift supports for the rear hatch window. This was such a subtle thing that I imagine most people would miss. This shows Dimitar really looked over every inch of this car to make sure it was in good shape to be sold.”
