  Don’t listen to the website hours. I showed up at 3:35 thinking I had till 5. They had a closed sign with a lady in the booth. She refused to come to the window and just pointed at the closed sign and you cannot get anyone of the phone ridiculous.

  Terrible service, hidden fees, missed pick-ups, schedule is all over the place, app is terrible, it's absolutely impossible to reach anyone and when / if you do, they do not care to make anything right. There is really nothing good I can say about Waste Management. Good luck trying to contact the West Sunbury location.

  I would like to talk to someone other then a dumb automated person.
