This location still will have items for Christmas that are sold out at other Dollar General stores. Well stocked. Fast and friendly service. Easy parking access. Home Ciry Ice and AmeriGas propane exchange. The store is across the street from West Springfield post office.

Great place to go, if you can't make it to a big box store. It's also great to support a local community friendly store.

Have shopped here several times and was always satisfied until today. The sign on the door has masks required but at least 4 customers was in there mask less and 1 who was coughing and sneezing. Have my doubts about going back there again.

Super friendly. JAIME was awesome, even though it was late and the end of her shift, she treated us Great. We are not from that town so we had never been there b4, but she treated us like we were regulars and she wanted us to feel at home.

I normally like this store and it's friendly staff. However this new years eve I had a terrible experience. After my brother parked our car in a handicap space, I was getting out of the passenger side of the car cane in hand a female employee approached me from the front entrance where she had been smoking. She sarcastically said "do you realize you are parking in a handicap spot. I sarcastically responded " you do realize I have handicap plates on the back of my car. She then stated I was being rude to her. She told me she is the ultimate authority on parking. I found the whole situation to be extremely unprofessional on her part. I have handicap plates do to a grade 4 stroke I had on my left side. I felt like she picked on me because I'm disabled. I'm pretty sure this is a clear violation of civil disabilities act. This incident occurred 12/31/20 @ 550pm. I will be following up on this situation

Great, helpful, and ,patient employees the DG has. My only complaint is something I hear from every body, 1 cashier for 10 plus customers...Come on DG come off some more money and hire another person or 2..

Good friendly service and good deals when they will work for you and the manager don't have some big attitude towards you for trying to use the digital coupons that they have

I’m a soldier home on leave for the holidays, and I stopped in and asked about the tobacco age. The lady said it was 21, and when I asked about the exception for active duty military (which is a thing) she raised her voice and said “its 21 everywhere now. Federal law.” And when I mentioned that federal law allows active duty military to purchase tobacco products, she raised her voice even more and said “what? do you think you’re privileged because you’re in the service?”. I’ve never actually felt so offended. No, I don’t think I’m privileged. Last time I’ll ever shop at that store.
