I went to the Yarn Gallery after I retired. Learning to knit socks was on my bucket list.. weird I know. I got private lessons from Deb.. excellent teacher. Then decided to knit a sweater.. what a project and without the help of Karen on Wednesdays, I doubt I would finish. I’m on the home stretch now. This shop and its people are just the best!!

I've known the owner for a number of years. I absolutely love her and her shop. She really makes u feel like family. All the workers are very helpful. The shop has a lot of quality yarn , patterns, etc.. if I could give this shop and the owner 10 stars I would!!!!!!

I’m the rabid knitter and for my B-day my lovely daughter wanted to buy some yarn for me. We went to this shop and fell in love with the choices of yarns! I picked out my present and then my daughter proceeded to buy and buy. “Mom, can you make this for me?” Naturally, I said yes and she was off to the races! So now i have enough yarn for 3 sweaters, and countless hats and scarves for daughter and granddaughter. Wonderful help and suggestions from the owner! Beautiful yarns, lovely samples, clean and organized. We will be returning!! Doing my ‘happy yarn dance’!

Staff were kind and gave great information. Got two expensive ridiculously beautiful handspun skeins and also some sister colors from the bargain bin on discount. (Didn’t break the bank). We are so glad we went!

I was never a craft person, but I always loved walking in and seeing all the beautiful colors, feeling all the soft yarns. Staff assured me they could teach me to knit. When I retired I signed up for classes and with the staff's patience, I learned to make beautiful sweaters, hats, mitts and socks. Love this shop!
