I had to rings that needed to have the prongs raised from wearing them all of the time. Both diamonds fell in. And they still catch on every thing. Had one fixed by the owner. That when 2 or 3 months later I realized the other rings Diamond fell in.
It’s not even been a year that I had them both fixed ridiculous. And they were very rude.
Not happy at all!!!
Shame on you!!!

I haven't been back here since I went in around a year and a half ago to check out engagement ring options - the gentleman I worked with was annoyed with my questions regarding diamond types, and it felt like I was blown off. I was much happier when I went to Koser in Lancaster, PA - the staff there were fantastic and have been to this day - it's a shame that we don't have a good option in the local area, but the staff at Koser have done nothing but fill this gap, even from afar!

Had a wonderful experience. I recently had my grandmothers earrings set into a more timeless setting, along with having my wedding ring cleaned and with new prongs. They were professional, knowledgeable, and timely. I highly recommend this trustworthy jeweler.

I bought my wife a ring for Valentine’s Day last year and this year a week before Valentine’s Day a diamond came out and was lost.We took it back and they immediately said we will take care of that and a week later we picked it up good as new no charge!While we were there we browsed the store and I found a heavy link Sterling silver bracelet by Scott Kay they gave us the whole story about Scott Kay and that his work is known around the world and that he died young in his fifties.This is just the piece I was looking for a hand engraved chunking link bracelet made be a true craftsman.My wife surprised me with it for our wedding anniversary!These folks are so much fun to talk to and learn things about jewelry that you would never hear about in a chain store.

Very nice store! I went in there with my now husband to look for wedding bands for the both of us. Kathy was so helpful in helping us find a band that fit against my antique engagement ring. I also stopped in a few times after purchasing the ring with other questions and they could not be more helpful. Thank you so much for all your help, highly recommend!!

I spoke with Kathy over the phone and requested a rough estimate to set a loose diamond in a platinum setting with four prongs. She was unable to give me a rough estimate of the cost to set the diamond. I pressed further as to what the maximum cost could be should this not be a simple setting. Still she refused to give me estimate as to what it could possibly cost if it was a troublesome job. Its hard for me to justify giving you my business when you are an expert in the field and cant provide me a basic estimate. Setting reasonable expectations is what you should be doing for your customers. It is simple to provide me an estimate with the clearly stated caveat, this estimate is based on provided information and is subject to change upon visual inspection. If you want business you should attempt to lure customers into your store, not push them away with a rude and condescending attitude. Wm H. Diller Jeweler may very well be an excellent jeweler but their business acumen and customer service is severely lacking.

Wm H. Diller has become one of my favorite jewelry spots to buy jewerly when visiting . On top of being good quality and long-lasting pieces, they’re always in trend with whatever fashion it is in the moment. Cindy is so creative and kind and has an incredible vision and this can easily be seen through her instagram page . Besides, rock-hard customer service. You will be super happy with every piece you purchase. I wear my bracelets all the time they complement everything . I highly recommend checking them out. Amazing place.

I wasn't impressed with the customer service here. I came in wearing my Lowe's work clothes. I was extremely nervous and feeling very much out of place to begin with. I wanted an engagement ring that was unique. I understand that usually comes with a higher price tag. However, I still wanted to try to stay on budget. I felt like they didn't want to take the time to go over my options because I'm young and can't afford a super expensive ring. I took my business to MADE Jewelry down the road from them. There I was given a one on one appointment. I got a beautiful custom engagement ring for about $400.
