I recently had a very serious wound infection in my arm This pharmacy was not only kind but they were willing to deliver my meds as I was unable to pick them up. The kindness as well as the knowledge and understanding was above and beyond anything I could imagine. Great people!!! Great pharmacy!!! I will never go nor recommend anywhere else!!

The West Reading Drug store is located in West Reading, PA. Very professional ànd the Store very easy to find l. It's màny other stores around. Is in the center of West Reading.

Saturday hours should be at least till 4 pm other then that they get 10****** best drug store in the Berks county area hands down!!! And they know I have a puppy so when delivery driver comes my Bently gets a treat too love this pharmacy!!! They go above and beyond especially the pharmacist and the one lady who out of know where helped me deal with my husband death because she went threw the same thing..

Mostly good experience until I had a hard time getting a med filled. The girl on the phone wouldn’t even let me speak and it’s been almost a week I’ve been without medicine. I just wish she would have listened. Now I have to find another pharmacy who actually cares.

please update your hours online I walked from city park to the drug store to pick up my prescription and it was closed at 2 pm when your website says 9am-4pm ( NO INHALER COMING NO INHALE GOING BACK) !!!

I absolutely love this place.I am on a new insurance plan that doesn’t force me to use mail order, and I had the option to send my prescriptions to a local pharmacy. I am so glad I chose this over giant, Weis, CVS or Walgreens.They are friendly and accessible. Accessible?!Yes !!No waiting for 20 min in artificial intelligence hell with 100 voice prompts and responses leading nowhere. I am able to get through and talk to humans, friendly humans, knowledgeable humans, human humans….. quickly!They answer questionsThey call your plan if neededThey call you backI didn’t think such places still existedOh please. Please. Don’t ever go out of business

I have used the West Reading Drug Store for 50 years. With so many other options available in more recent years, I continue to use West Reading Drug store because of the helpful friendly customer service of the pharmacists. Today I was greatly helped by Tiva over the phone as she intervened with the pharmacist. I want to say thank you to her, and thank you to the staff as a whole.

Rude!I just picked up a prescription at the West Reading Drug Store and now wonder why is there such a big push to shop local.My prescription cost $30. I handed the young woman two twenty dollar bills. She rung up the order, handed me a receipt and said thank you. I said I gave you two twenties. She looked perplexed. The old woman who was beside her said, “ did he give you two twenties?” The young girl was probably busy thinking who was liking her on Facebook. They opened the drawer and pulled out two twenties. Still not convinced the old lady asked did he give you this? I the end the old lady gave me a ten dollar bill and said “here”. That’s it!Seriously? This is why we should shop local?No thanks

Always very quick when I pick up my prescriptions and friendly also. No complaints about this place except maybe they could do some remodeling but i think the mom and pop setting is part of who they are so yes come here for your medicine!

My grandmom used West Reading drug store for many years. She told me how great they were when I was having problems with Rite Aid. I also started using West Reading drug for prescription and didn't have anymore problems.The staff and pharmacist's are always helpful and polite. They also deliver which is a huge help for me. The delivery drivers are always so nice and patient. West Reading drug store also has some of the cutest gifts in the store. If you can't find the perfect gift for someone, try west reading drug store. They're great for prescription and more.
