I realize that there aren't very many CPAP supply stores in this area but that's no excuse to be rude. When the people are so rude on the phone that you don't even want to do business with them, it may not matter to them but it matters to me, whether I'm a customer or potential customer. You may not have a choice where your doctor sends your script, this place might not need your business because they have more than enough, but people still deserve to be treated in a professional, pleasant manner, regardless. Everyone can have a bad day but this was more than that.

I think this place rocks. I have been dealing with them many years, never had an issue- I used to go to Lebanon- they did not know what they were doing.I won’t go to Lebanon anymore. Service for C-pap supplies is terrific. Always busy, eager to help,answer any questions I may have, billing dept on the ball. if have to contact after hrs always pleasant to deal with so hats off to Superior Oxygen!!!

Hello, I have been receiving supplies from Superior Oxygen for about 3 years now. All of the staff that I’ve met have been extremely nice to me even on the phone. But there’s one special young lady that stands out every time that I go there…. And her name is Nidia S. She has an amazing personality and a pretty smile as well, this young lady is her same pleasant self always. They are truly Blessed to have her as a part of the team especially while on the front line. Their system charged me twice, creating two holds on my account, and therefore causing an unexpected overdraft of my account. Called them about it and was told there was nothing they could do. So now I've got almost $120 on hold, that I guess may or may not charge to my account, and was basically told they can't see any issue from their side (how they can't see in their system that I was charged the same amount twice on the same day is rather concerning, but I guess is also could have been that the person I spoke with didn't feel like looking). So now if both charges go through, I have to make a special trip to correct the issue.Thankfully I had plenty of savings that some of that savings moving over to cover an overdraft isn't an issue, but the business either not being able to see that I was charged twice or refusing to check feels like a shady business tactic to me.

They actually answer the phone with a real person! Amazing service! Billie did an amazing job helping me in an emergency situation. I needed a portable oxygen machine when a loved one's failed, and he sprung into action and did not take advantage of the situation. Thank you Superior Oxygen.

This place in my humble opinion,is the worst run organization I ever been to are spoken to on the phone, when you can through to them.The staff come off as condescending,and very unprofessional,and untrusting.I am done with them.

I walked in and was taken care of right away. I had visited a store previous to Superior and was not treated very warmly and felt like they didn't want to help me. So I went to Superior, and a man named Dan helped me right away. I didn't feel like a problem or a burden. When you're injured, that's the last thing you want to feel like. All the staff was busy and nice. Thank you for helping me.

The Cpap staff is helpful when I have problems to resolve. I'm not sure why the low scores. Ms Nydia and her co-workers are friendly and attentive.

Amazing staff! My tech was very good and explained everything I needed to know and the equipment I was given is very fresh and got a nice bag with it. The owner happened to be there and is awesome, I would definitely recommend them! This business is very blessed.

I was diagnosed of needing a Cpap. Dealing with another local supplier I waited over 4 months to no avail. Coming to Superior I was fitted with one in 2 weeks. Very fast an friendly.

Besides nit being helpful, and very unfriendly. They tell us it takes 2-4 weeks to get supplies processed through insurance. They do not return phone calls and seem to be too busy to explain things to us. Very disappointed. I think we will work through a mail order provider in the future.
