I love shopping here, as you walk in the door you're greeted with a lot of positive energy. I didn't get all I wanted but the owner told me to come back for the things she didn't have. Will be going again real soon ??

I had bought hair from this store back in July. When I purchased the hair it was platinum blonde which was my hair color over the summer. Well recently I had my hair colored for the winter and when I went to the salon I took my extensions with to get colored. I was publicly embarrassed when I was told my extensions weren’t coloring and were getting really gummy when my stylist was coloring them which can mean many different things but one being that they ARE MIXED WITH SYNTHETIC! I reached out to the owner and was told she was going to get them “tested”. Well the next day I was told she was going to pick the extensions up to take them to get tested but instead “tested” ones that she “already had” from the vendor. How do I know it was the same hair as mine? I didn’t think that was very professional. I could of had a bad mixed batch of human and synthetic hair and she didn’t think it was necessary to “test” the ones I had in my possession which are the ones that I had a problem with. I guess I was just supposed to take her word for it? I was told many different excuses and one was that they may have been over processed but my hair dresser didn’t put any bleach on them to over process, she put the regular color on my extensions that she used on my natural hair and the one piece turned purple and the others weren’t anywhere near my hair color ( pictures below) . I am not one to ask for my money back at all but Regardless if they were human hair they were still bad quality when you go to color them so as a business person myself I would of handled the situation a little differently in my field. I am all for supporting other small businesses and referring my clients but this one was a little disappointing

Met Kasha today! She is amazing. So good to see a Black owned shop and it is so personable! The products are great quality, she’s a great person and very honest. I will be returning!
