The worst hospital in the area where you spend hours and hours waiting to be treated and they don't even offer you anything to eat and the nurses are rude with a bad attitude ?

Can you post 25 stars? Pharmacist Chris Shuttle deserves at least 25 stars for his help today@ Reading Hospital Ambulatory Pharmacy. He found a web site for me that significantly reduced my Eliquis cost. I was ineligible for several sites I found but bu Chris worked miracle. (Out of world with knee since Sept).

I can’t tell you how good and wonderful all the people that work in this pharmacy.. I was with cvs and when it comes to customer service I do not think anyone can compare to this place.. if by some d*** chance they don’t have what you need they will go out of they way to get it for you. So if your tired of all the hassles at your pharmacy it’s time to switch… but most importantly thank you.

When I moved back from Philadelphia to help my mother after losing my father to cancer. I transferred my treatment to Tower Health and currently use this Pharmacy. I was warned by patients, nurses, even doctors, that I might want to consider using a different pharmacy. If Walgreens became Bergdorf Goodman, this pharmacy would be 5 Below. I was being treated for cancer for 9 years. That's 9 years of hospitals, Pharmacies, insurance companies. While attending Temple University and earning my degree. Working 2 jobs and starting my own business. But all the staff here knows is your Name, Birthdate, and Medication. But the staff after it's 12-14 week course to count pills and still manages to get that wrong has the audacity to look down on patients. Using Phrases as ”those people” when referring to mental health patients and ”he is difficult” when referring to cancer patients going through rehabilitation. However, they are better than us because they have white coats and are the gatekeepers to the lifeline. They say nobody is perfect, I would agree when you hold medication from patients or hide behind walls to avoid the patients you don't want to deal with. Don't dear ask any questions about your medication then you get the sighs, rolling of the eyes, ughs, or here we go again. The worse moment was when I called about a certain medication and was told by the pharmacist that she was too busy to talk to me and another pharmacist said that I take up to much of their time with my questions. The end result they send me the wrong medication that could have killed me. But hey she was too busy to confirm the correct medication was being sent.So why not just switch pharmacies. Well someone needs to train them before they actually do kill someone and apparently it's my civil duty to volunteer for the job.Maybe next time you think twice about judging someone from their insurance card. See you in 2 weeks.

Splendid pharmacy! I had a payment issue and was stressed and my cashier struck up a conversation with me and made me feel better. Any other pharmacy, they wouldn’t have cared less. Can’t believe there are still workers who willingly engage with their customers. Thank you for your help. Definitely planning on returning!

They are so nice and friendly. Had an issue with another pharmacy "out of stock" again on one of my meds. They were very helpful getting it transferred there so I wouldn't miss a dose.

I have been coming here for several months. My prescriptions are filled in a timely fashion. I have never waited for more than 5 minutes. The longest line I have seen here was about three people. Pharmacists and staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They take your privacy seriously. Parking is not an issue. You may park in front of the building for a few minutes. There are a few designated parking spaces painted blue. There always seems to be a few available. It is a short walk to the pharmacy . I highly recommend this pharmacy.

first time using this pharmacy and I was pleasantly surprised. never seen a pharmacy so stocked on supplies and organized. workers were kind and helpful. also, it was new for me to see a pharmacy inside of a hospital. that’s so very convienent because then we won’t have to go elsewhere for our medicine.
