“First off, I would rate this place higher than 5 Stars if that was possible. Rob is the gentleman that runs this place, he is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very personable about the entire experience of going about either helping you purchase your attire, or personalize it from top to bottom. Rob goes the extra mile when trying to find the fabric that you need. He also explains every detail of the fitting process as well as everything that you need to know. Overall, this place is fantastic and I would recommend it to anybody in search of getting fitted for a suit and other kinds of clothing. I will definitely be visiting again when getting fitted for additional clothing in the future.”
“Tonight my daughter and I were at the mall and I was looking for sneakers. Now of course I was in my work clothing so it didn't look like I wore sneakers but still. So we went into foot locker and there were three associates standing in the middle talking. No one said hello or anything. Then as I was looking at shoes not one person came up and said a word to me. I even looked over at them and nothing so I left. Then I came into Villa and as I walked on someone greeted us. Then while at the shoes one lady was super nice and then a guy seen me going shoes and came right over and said can I help. I ended up getting a pair of sneakers and even asked his opinion on some stuff. Then when checking out the lady was super nice.”
“I used Fifty-Fifty for my tuxedos for my wedding. I booked an appointment for me and my 3 groomsmen. We had a wonderful experience. They all took the time to make sure the tuxedos were the ones that we wanted and that they fit. We looked great on my wedding day ?. I will definitely be using them again if I need to rent another tux/ suit”
“All the employees seem so nice. Everything was priced great, I’d look at a tag and be pleasantly surprised because I thought it would be more. Parts of the store were venders while other parts were donation. I thought all the donation stuff was nice and in good condition. I will definitely be back in.”

“The staff here was a true hero working with me to put together a last minute surprise for my parents and in-laws. We designed the prints together. She took my vision and ran with it to make it even better than I could have imagined. Her attention to detail was impeccable and the little touches she added really elevated the designs. When I asked if she could put it together by the next day, she asked me to come back in half an hour. The expedited process, the beautiful products, and helpful staff all exceeded expectations. “Store is a clean, traditional Hot Topic. Everything was in order and in accessible places as it should be. Stock is well maintained, and overstock doesn't look like overstock.Save for one employee who wanted to talk about work more than do work, employees are helpful and knowledgeable... Or best that can be considering changing inventory and confusing layouts I assume it's from cooperate.Constructive criticism: customers are more important than conversations, and shirts should be more easily located: they are alphabetical, but they're not. Hard to be when you have the alphabet split on two walls, eg with different Sailor Moon shirts on each.”

I always come here to buy suit or any other formal attire needed for any event I’m going to. I came in last minute for help and This lady was so helpful and kind. For that I am really grateful to her. She also made effort to even pronounce my last name well. This isn’t much but, She did a great job & that made my day. She is the best.”

While the shirts are indeed pricey, they are worth every penny, especially when caught on sale. The value for money during these promotions is exceptional, making it an ideal time to stock up on these high-quality garments.
However, my experience with Paul Fredrick's customer service has been mixed. Most agents are very matter-of-fact, often sticking rigidly to the script and lacking the empathy one might hope for. This can make interactions feel a bit impersonal and transactional.
That said, my primary interest lies in their shirts. I’ve found that the value of their other items doesn't quite match up to that of their shirts, so I tend to stick with what I feel they do best.”
