Mendez was great working with a disabled person to pick the correct flooring to withstand the wear and tear of a mobilized wheelchair, lay the floor based on the needs of a disabled person and provided professional, detailed service. workers were friendly and cleaned up after the project.

I have been following Mendez Flooring on social media for a year or so because I eventually wanted the carpet in several rooms replaced with hardwood and was impressed with what I saw online. I was so impressed with their work that I did not bother shopping around when the time came to schedule the project. I knew I wanted Mendez Flooring to do the job.Cris put a lot of effort into helping us select the right product to ensure the wood blended in with other rooms that already had hardwood. His team promptly supplied us with quotes and worked us into their schedule. About a month later, his team of professionals did an amazing installation job, completing the project in only two days. I appreciate how they promptly informed us of parts of the project that benefited from our input and how courteous and great they were about cleanup and keeping the traffic through our home at a minimum. Yvonne and Sherrie are also two team members that helped us navigate through the project from planning to completion. This company operates like a well-oiled piece of machinery.Yes, I will definitely use Mendez Flooring for future projects like this one!

We had a basement installation of porcelain tile. We were very pleased with the install, attention to detail, leveling, and spacing. The team was very professional, on time, and they thoroughly cleaned up when finished.I would definitely use them for future projects

Mendez Flooring went above and beyond with our bathroom floor project! The showroom had the most beautiful and unique tiles that were exactly what I was looking for after being disappointed in the lack of options from other companies. I also really wanted to have the floor replaced before Christmas, and they were able to get me on their schedule within a week! The Mendez Flooring team was so kind and their communication was fantastic! There were no hidden fees, and the team was quick to answer any questions I had. I am so happy with the final result of our bathroom floor project, and I would highly recommend the Mendez Flooring team!

After almost 6 months of delays and rescheduling, we finally got the floor upgrade we hoped for! Unfortunately, there were some issues with the installation. A piece of debris under the floor has caused the flooring to crack, a couple places where the flooring has a huge gap, and some of the trim is coming off already! I contacted Mendez Flooring and was told they would come correct it - that was almost a year ago now! (With many additional requests since then!). Needless to say, I have been extremely disappointed with the entire process and the work that was (not) done.

Mendez flooring did an awesome job on our basement flooring. After the half down deposit the job was done within the following week and only took a day and a half. Cris was very responsive easy to work with and very professional. Shout out to Sherrie and Yvonne in the showroom for being so helpful and patient with me making a decision. Zack and his helper were prompted, friendly clean and fast. I am a very satisfied and happy customer and would highly recommend Mendez flooring!

Really great experience! Professional, prompt, great pricing, detailed, and very easy to work with. We had called to get a quote, Chris came out and was super prompt. We went to the studio to pick out our backsplash material, Sherrie was very helpful. After a half down payment to start, Chris and his team came out to start the project within the week of payment, how awesome is that! They were finished within a day and a half! The end result turned out great! Very pleased and would highly recommend!

Very pleased with the new floor that the Mendez team installed in my home office. The guys did a beautiful, professional job, were courteous and kept the work area neat. This is the second job that Mendez has performed for us and will definitely use them in the future.
