I had a 3 yo imac that took forever to do anything. Took it to Doug at Double Click in Reading and in 2 days for a very reasonable price it was working better than new.
Amazing service, fast, honest and reliable.

Had a problem with a very slow iMac, Doug at double Click knew exactly what the problem was, I dropped it off the next day and 2 days later my computer was running better than it ever had. Very friendly service, very affordable.

I took my 2018 MacBook Pro here because I believed it had malware on it. When I'd use Safari, it would open up tabs completely on its own to the most random website link you could think of or just duplicate a tab I already had open. I brought my computer in yesterday and told them no rush, and I got a call this morning at 10:30 saying it was done! Nevertheless, my computer is running like new and feels smoother than ever. My family and I have been using Double Click for years with all of our Apple problems and they have yet to fail us. Very knowledgeable people with tons of experience and great customer service. Thanks a lot for the help, Tom!

I reached out to the West Reading location of Double-Click to see if they could put a solid state hard drive into my sluggish iMac. Tom explained it would be no problem. I scheduled an appointment and was told the computer would ultimately be taken to the Bethlehem location. I mentioned I live equidistant to both locations so I could just take it there. "No," I was told. "It wouldn't make a difference." I showed up on time for my appointment with my iMac and I also brought my "dead" laptop which I hoped could have data transferred to my iMac. I was told yes. So I left it there. I was told the computer would be ready at 10:00am on pick-up day. I explained I would be teaching at that time, but I'd be done at noon... and to leave a message confirming it was done. No message was left, so I called. Tom said it needed another hour and a half. Not a problem. I wasn't in a rush. Because it takes 30-minutes to get there, I called again to see if it was on -track to be finished in that time frame. I was told yes. When I got there, the data from the laptop hadn't been transferred. I'd have to come back. I mentioned I wished I'd known as I wouldn't have needed to pick it up if they needed more time. Then I was angrily told that the laptop wasn't on the original job plan. It wasn't, but when I dropped the computers off, I was led to believe they could add that detail into the arrangement. Then, visibly annoyed, Tom said to me I should be billed an extra $150 for a transfer ..that my password I provided didn't work...that I shouldn't have called twice. That they don't have time to call the customer when their password doesn't work. (Because I said why didn't you call me to say there was an issue with my password?) Then they shouted I don't know where Fleetwood is, but we had to send this all the way to Bethlehem ... (I'm thinking...that's why I originally suggested I take it directly to Bethlehem) It was an awful end to what began as great service. I will not go back to that location. It was so weird. I wasn't even in a rush.

My late 2015 iMac needed some upgrades to keep it running smoothly. Double Click hooked me up with a 1TB SSD and 32GB of RAM. After the upgrades were made they discovered the screen was bad and replaced it for free due to the screen being in working order when I brought it to them. I greatly appreciate the honesty and transparency on this. Very knowledgeable group and I definitely recommend them for your Apple needs.
