I have been renting since December 2022 and by far the worst mistake and regret I've ever made. Been having water leaks from all parts of the apartment, kitchen, closets, living room and window. There's been occasions of mice and fleas which I don't even own any pets to begin with. They come patch it up and once again starts leaking again! Im tired of putting damn requests in and this apartment still sucks! I don't plan on renewing no damn lease whatsoever can't wait to be done with this shithole.

They’re doing a great job managing my rental. My tenants also spoke highly of them. I work a lot so it’s nice having them manage it so I can focus on other things. I’m remodeling another rental and can’t wait to hand it off to Bold to manage.

Be aware, these people are very unprofessional business people. I have many investments in Reading and had some properties with them. Had to take all away from them due to mismanagement and them not being trustworthy. Their figures on statements and reports don't match up. They basically steal your money in a very nice way without you realizing; that's until you start becoming more involved or your accountant raises concerns.

I had very bad experience doing business with this company.We had a big portfolio neglected by them badly. No customer service at all, try calling in on the listed number, and see for yourself. They abused my tenants and didn't service my properties as needed. They basically used my portfolio as a gold mine to dig out cash when they wished, by creating unnecessary works which brought them profit but not doing what was needed. Or, by carrrying out works without authorisation against the agreement and then withheld monies collected from tenants.EDIT: Realy..?? You don't recognise my name? Interested in hearing more??I've been trying to contact you crazy amount of times via email, phone calls and text whilst still doing business with you but you would ignore all my attempts of contacting you. Now you want to know more? More of what??You will be hearing more shortly from all my joint investors to who I had to report your extremely bad actions.

Keep away from them. They abuse their tenants. All in my apartment say the same. Liars and thieves, stealing your deposits and never responding to maintenance requests. Had to call the city to report a violation before they finally woke up to fix stuff.

They don't care about their reputation at all. My apartment has been infested with mice for months and I submit maintenance request after maintenance request and even texted the 24/7 number for them about it multiple times. I have a newborn baby who is being bitten by the fleas that the mice carry and they just don't care. The employees are Disgusting and act like WE are the ones inconveniencing them, they always have attitudes and act like they don't have common sense to fix issues. We had no hot water for 5 days when we first moved in and the employee at the office had the nerve to have an attitude with us! Don't know why the city hasn't shut them down yet.

Bod Property Management is unprofessional, clueless, disorganized, and all the care about to bill you and get their money. Customer service sucks, time to respond sucks, and they promise a lot but deliver ZERO!!!

Very terrible service. Poor communication. Never respond to issues in my apartment. I do not recommend this company for any maintance of any apartment building. My heat is still on and my electric bill is very high. They will not turn my radiators off any time I ask. I have no thermostat. I now am running my air conditioners non stop. Electric has raised it's cost. So it's costing me a furniture to keep my apartment comfortable since they have neglected my complaint. Do not use this company. My light needed replaced. There's no point of putting a ticket in as they don't even acknowledge your tickets. I've been waiting all summer. It's hot, turn my heat off!!! Controlled heat should be controlled to OFF I'm summer !

Made a viewing to go see an apartment on 741 N 8th street and no one showed up even though I confirmed through email and text. I even called them several times and left a voice mail trying to figure out what happened. I waited infront of the apartment for 1 hr before I left just incase the person who was supposed to show it to me was late. Still nothing, I was not informed it was canceled or the date was moved. Ridiculous

Terrible experience with this management. They did not repair things that were hygienically hazardous until it was reported to codes. They had illegitimate workers come in to do maintenance work - they did not bring step stools or ladders instead they stood on my kitchen chairs and ruined them. They do not communicate professionally or punctually. They are very bad and stressful, stay away!

Hello, I need to write this review because it is wrong and unkind how the staff at Bold reality handles Potential tenants. The negative reviews on this has actually happened to my mother. We can’t speak about urine smell , however the way the unprofessional staff handles things is definitely true. I don’t know if it’s because they are purposely not responding to “certain” people based on “certain” factors but it’s something suspicious. My mother paid an application fee and she had to find out through an email she didn’t get it. When she called the office the staff had no idea who she was or what property she applied for. Then my mom switched the application fee to another property on the phone to find an email that the property was rented out. She lost her $35.My mother still referred Bold to my brother and they did the same thing to him. He lost $35. This all happens in November 2021for my mom and 2 weeks ago for my brother. My mom wants something done because that’s not right. Are they showing places already taken? Why does no one use the phone to communicate?
