I got expert, scientific analysis of my feet by a friendly, helpful employee who smiled, listened well, was patient and obviously enjoyed her job. My feet, back and gait have all improved. Regarding my back, it's significantly less painful today than it has been lately. My foundation has improved! If I could give this store six stars, I would.

Great experience! First time in Fleet Feet for Hokas for my wife and I. Ashley was so helpful and patient as we tried several styles and brands. After the scan, she also recommended insoles that feel so good!

Always a friendly, knowledgeable staff. I needed new road shoes and usually wear HOKA Clifton. Tried a few different brands(ON, ASICS, HOKA Skyflow) that interested me but still settled on HOKA since I have a race coming up next weekend. I will purchase the ASICS in the future.

"A Running Start"/ Fleet Feet has always been a great place to shop for sneaks. Everyone is kind and truly cares about helping you find what you need regardless of your fitness level or specific need for sneakers. I'm thankful we have such a great place near by! :)

Best place to get running shoes! Comprehensive fitting process and technology from a big company like Fleet Feet with the great knowledge and community involvement from a locally owned business. If you are local and take running even a little seriously, you are doing yourself a disservice by not visiting Fleet Feet West Reading!

Great personalized shopping experience. The shoe measurement and walking software helped me find the perfect shoes and insoles. I highly recommend this locally owned shoe store! The staff assisted me right away and answered all my questions. You may pay a bit more but your feet deserve shoes that fit and were made for your arch type.
