“Super sweet spot on the outskirts of Philly. We came here on a lovely spring day and had the prix fixe brunch. For $33 you get to choose from a nice selection of appetizers and entrees. The salads are inventive with fresh ingredients and the entrees range from typical breakfast fare to their well-known Belgian waffles and steak frites. My fellow guests leaned breakfast with the egg skillet while I went savory with the rack of lamb. Lovely flavors and presentation all around. Four stars because the food needed a bit of salt and pepper for my taste.”

“You’re paying for the atmosphere. Scallops were good but they were sitting in a corn mix which was closer to Amish cuisine than to a butter garlic base. Bisque was good. French onion soup ok.”

“We enjoyed a wonderful experience for a 40-person Retirement Celebration that was over the top! I want to thank the entire team at Peppers for taking care of the Bancorp Bank Team! Everything went smoothly from the time we made the reservation till the dessert was served. The food and service are always amazing when I go for dinner, and the banquet food was also delicious! Thank you again for the great service and for providing us with a wonderful experience for our boss's retirement party! If you are looking to have a party, please give Peppers a try, you won't be disappointed! Sincerely, P.J. McMahon”

“The employees at Scent and Sip were so friendly and helpful. One very sweet gentleman (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name!) even offered to bring my candle next door to the restaurant we went to afterward when the candle had hardened. That was so so nice of him! Thank you so much!”

“Overall, my experience was amazing. I went to celebrate my mother in law's birthday. Folks at the table didn't enjoy their food. Though, I really enjoyed mine. I had the chicken francese meal. It was amazing. I wish I could recall our server's name. She was amazing. We were there on 4/13 and seated upstairs. Even the other tables of guests were great. Just an all around great experience.”

“This place is truly a gem! As a photographer that has photographed hundreds of weddings - I can honestly say the Manor House at Commonwealth is a rare find. The outdoor grounds are beautiful for photos and the ceremony. The lake is gorgeous at sunset, the old stone house just adds to the cool vibe and the very large covered patio is great for rainy days. It's very difficult to find wedding venues that you can still have your ceremony outside with a great view and be covered from inclement weather. They even have multiple bridal suites. A big bonus in my book :). Definitely check it out if you want a relaxed stress free day with a beautiful setting and friendly staff.”

“The room, the staff, the ease - everything was great! Highly recommend working with the Venetian for hosting an event. We had about 90 people and it was the perfect size PLUS a band, perfect size for a dance floor and enough tables for ppl to sit. Use of the kitchen was KEY as they have awesome food warmers that kept our catered food nice and hot.Dealing with Bill is a pleasure, he is so sweet and laid back- everything is done super old school so the booking process was different than what i’m used to, not super efficient, but very personal and pleasant! The room has great lighting and plenty of space- there is only stairs to get up so not appropriate for those who cannot use stairs, that is the only negative of the space but they have a rear parking lot and ample street parking.Drinks and food: we were able to bring in our own caterer and the venetian took care of the bar, everything was super reasonable. We had 2 signature cocktails wine and beer. They had never made one of our signature cocktails and were so sweet to ask all of the details we wanted where most venues would have just slapped something together! They had 2 bartenders on and no one had to wait for a drink. The kitchen is big and has great prep space! All in all a wonderful place to host an event!”

“Now it's been sometime since I've been to Hotel Fiesole. But last time I went it was for brunch and they had this gnocchi there... this picture to this day haunts me of how delicious it was! Is this still served there ?”

“The Clover Market actually moves around the area, and the one I went to this year was held in Collingswood. I heard it was the only one in Jersey this year. They claim there are 100 vendors, but I really don't feel like it was that many, though I saw that there were a few booths were artists split a booth. Now, this ain't your neighborhood grandma using Michael's ribbons on sale with her 25% coupon to make wreaths that you slap onto your front door. For many of the booths, it was gallery quality, and the prices reflect as such. Everyone was super, super friendly. My favorite booth was the guy who handcrafted amazing whirligigs. I had to buy a flying pig that used bird feathers to catch a breeze. Stunning, and for $40, I had to get it.”

“I always enjoy my day of golf here. The course is always well kept. It’s challenging but still friendly to those of us who are at a higher handicap. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I leave feeling as though I get a VIP treatment every time.”

“Very nice spacious place. It's bigger than I expected it to be.. Gave my mom her Retirement party there. So many people where impressed with the area, place, size. They couldn't stop asking how did we find the place. Thanks to my sister that's all I can say. I would recommend this location to others and have already. Great venue!! I know I will be back for something in the future. The owner very nice and able to talk too!”

“The $16 breakfast buffet with soup, salad, drink, and desert bars is a fantastic deal. Some might not appreciate the loud religious atmosphere of the building as a whole but it's a non-issue once you go inside the restaurant itself. The staff seem very friendly but perpetually burnt out through no fault of their own. Last minute call outs seem rather commonplace. This is a managerial issue that could be solved by hiring more staff. All in all, we will definitely be coming back here in the future.”

“Great atmosphere with a good beer list and good food. I would have had more to drink but it was about a 10 minute wait between ordering a drink to getting it. It was not busy at all and I almost went up to the bar to get it myself. I would have left with a larger bill and happier outlook if service was a bit faster.”

“Service was wonderful but the food was not as good as usual My friend and I both had chicken dishes and they seemed like rewarmed catering food. Nonetheless, I'll visit again. The drinks were great and it was a very pleasant meal.”

“What great service and food! Took my gram here with a few family members to celebrate her 96th birthday - they were very accommodating and even surprised us all with a birthday song in celebration. We visited on a Friday night- be prepared for the crowd. Even the take out area was busy. We decided to do family style sharing so that we could taste a few things on the menu. Crab fried rice, spring rolls, angry wings app, Chinese pizza, lamb sticks, mixed greens salad, pad Thai, chicken and veggies, salmon meal, Chinese eggplant and lava cake for dessert. We enjoyed each item, came out as it was prepared. The lava cake was delicious! We also had a few cocktails which were standard. Definitely will eat in again and even order takeout.”

“Played first time here on Tues. I feel like there could be a few more signs showing direction to the 1st tee. As a first-timer, it was a little frustrating. I also got to play in a Keller Williams charity outing on Thursday. The staff all seemed very awesome. The course was beautiful. The food is good. The pro shop guy on Tuesday was a little stuffy and very short. Kinda looked at me like I couldn't afford to buy a putter there when I told him mine broke, and I looked at the odyssey. Other than that, I definitely plan to be back to play some more.”

“We had lunch at the Joseph Ambler Inn on Sunday to preview the restaurant and accommodations as we consider this venue for a small wedding luncheon in October. Lunch was very good, cocktails looked pretty (we had wine) and the service was excellent. I recommend JAI.”

“Our first time dining at Ristorante Castello and it won't be our last. The food was delicious, chicken francese, fettuccine bolognese, salmon with lobster risotto and a pasta/seafood special. The desserts were also very good. Our server Jake was fabulous!”

“Rooms: Rooms were great for the price and really quiet and clean.Noteworthy details: The staff was excellent. They accommodated all of our request and helped make the trip as easy as a funeral trip can be. The location is out of the way so we were able to get away from the hustle and bustle and actually rest.”
