Bought my wedding dress here September or 2023 for my June 2024 wedding. From the very first appointment where I bought my dress, to the last fitting appt 2 days before my wedding, it was a great experience. They have a wide variety of dresses in all price points. My dress was beautiful and great quality. The seamstress who worked on my dress, Rose Mary, she was so sweet and talented, and patient. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We bought my daughter's wedding gown here for her May 18th wedding. They have a huge selection and their gowns are reasonably priced! Once the gown came in, we had a "hiccup" with alterations. Trish and Christine provided excellent customer service to make sure the dress was perfect and my daughter was happy. We can't thank them enough for their help!

I had a nightmare experience with this shop. 48 days out from my wedding I had to abandon my old dress, switch shops and find a new dress. To me it’s clear that some of their suppliers are poor quality. In my case, the dress was from a “private designer”. They have beautiful dresses at an affordable price point, but clearly there is a there is a lack of quality control with some of their suppliers. 7 months ago, my dress came in with a ton of issues but the manager didn’t recommend that I exchange the dress as she stated “if we exchange it, the new one could have different problems”?? Why don’t they trust their suppliers to give them a good product? I kept the dress based on the manager’s recommendation and because the seamstress seemed confident she could fix the various issues with the dress. After over $700 of alterations my dress was looking worse! I finally asked for the sample dress as it was a better fit on me from the get go and some of the errors on my dress weren’t fixable (hem too short, straps taken in too much and didn’t leave enough fabric to let them out). They agreed the sample dress was a better fit and to give me that dress as a last minute replacement, but then the owner, Trish, tried to charge me for more alterations on the sample dress! She also wanted to charge full price for the used stretched out sample dress with stains, missing buttons and pulls, which clearly shouldn’t be the same price as a brand new dress. She felt getting the dress dry cleaned was equivalent to a new dress and said it wouldn’t be possible to discount the sample dress whatsoever. What was more upsetting was that she showed zero empathy for my situation. She was condescending when speaking with us and at one point said “I mean… I can’t give you a free dress…” which we never asked for?? We did ask if she could cover the cost of the veil, which I thought was the least she could do being that my dress was ruined and she was forcing me to pay full price for the sample. That was also out of the question, only offering a 10% discount on the veil. Oddly enough she offered a full refund, which I thought was interesting being that she couldn’t offer any discount on the dress. Personally I believe she thought we would never take her up on it so close to the wedding but just offered it to sound accommodating. Well 48 days out from my wedding we did take her up on the refund and I took my money elsewhere. I am now getting a brand new dress from a different shop. They were horrified when I showed them pictures of the botched dress and the alterations nightmare. If you purchase a dress here, do NOT get alterations here. If your dress comes in from the supplier and is not right, send it back or go elsewhere at that time. I wish I did that 7+ months ago when my first dress came in.
Also, my sister got her dress here a few years ago and got all the way home after her final alterations were done only to find they gave her someone else’s dress!! They didn’t offer to send someone out to swap it. So my sister had to trek back to their shop to swap it. Mistakes happen, I know that. But management is not there for you when something goes wrong, it is on you to fix the issue.

Ahhhhh I am so happy my bridesmaids dress came in so early !!! Let me tell you GLORIA is amazing !!!! She was so patient with me when I first came in and try dress after dress making sure it was right for me and the bride , the bride comes first I’m there for her ! It’s her day ! But Gloria was amazing ! In the past I didn’t have a good experience here years ago but after the outstanding service I got from Gloria she turned it around !!!! If I need a dress for a wedding I am coming here !!! I will only work with Gloria she is an amazing asset to your company! I can’t wait to tell my friends about your place and how wonderful it was! I can’t wait to do business in the future again ! Thank you so much for everything ❤️ you have no idea !

Went in today for a friend to try on wedding dresses. Salon was a bit crowded because it was a weekend during prom dress season, so definitely make an appointment! Lots of selection including plus sized. You won't find much for under $1200 but that's typical for a boutique like this. All the staff was great. Would definitely recommend it if it's in your budget!

First let me say this bad review is not about the staff at Country Bride rather about the owner, Trish. I had a wedding for my step daughter in November of 2022 and my step son in November of 2023. I purchased a dress for my stepdaughter's wedding that I decided wear for my stepson's wedding and asked the shop if they could hold onto the dress until I was ready to be fitted for the November, 2023 wedding. I called back in May of 2023 and asked to talk to the owner. I told her I had lost a lot of weight and would she consider allowing me to select another dress. She said she would get back to me. I never heard back and called back in July. When I spoke to her in July she told me "she got rid of my dress" which did not make any sense. I paid $952 in full for the dress when I selected it and did not understand her comment. She told me since I did not pick up the dress she sent it back. What? I called and spoke to several workers who informed me that I did not need to get fitted until at least August for a November wedding. She did not care. She was dismissive and basically said "she lost money on my dress" How? this did not make any sense again. She then said she would give me $500 credit and that is it. I was so upset. I told her I wanted the dress back even thought it probably did not fit and she said it was no longer in the store. She lied. I went back to the store (reluctantly) to use the $500 credit towards another dress and she had placed my original dress back on the rack for sale. I AM NOT KIDDING! I asked to see her. She did not come out for at least 10 minutes and said, "ok you can have the dress." I could not believe it. Not only did she take money from me but she ruined my entire experience. She is not an ethical person. I would highly recommend you go somewhere else.

Great experience & perfect dress! I had my bridal consultant with Gina, and it was honestly great. We had been to 3 other shops before this one and had less then desirable results. The were professional and very informative with a wide selection.
My dress arrived right when expected and the seamstress did a great job on the alternations. She even took my mom's veil and cut it from 20ft to a fingertip water fall length without losing a single detail. Definitely recommend!

So when life happens, Country Bride and Gents isn’t there for you. My daughter purchased a bridal gown at $1650 (plus 50.00 shipping plus tax and tip) in mid March. The wedding was canceled due to unfortunate circumstances. We called in May to cancel the making of the dress and/or get partial credit for the dress that we didn’t have in our possession. Yes the policy of County Bride and Gents is no refunds/no returns. Remember that. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS!!Andre, the manager was cold and uncaring. Never a mention of “sorry that the wedding was canceled” or sorry we are unable to refund your monies. Just “Lot of weddings are canceled every day” and the dress is made and being shipped. HOWEVER it won’t be here until the last week in July. I can’t believe that if the dress has been made that it will take 2 ½ months to ship.Regardless of this, I called back on the day that Andre stated the dress would be in – July 27th. Guess what?? No dress. He said it would be in a “few days,” I asked that he call me when it comes in, repeating “so you will call me when the dress is in” and providing my phone number again.I waited and waited and waited. Finally I decided to call on September 26th. Note that the wedding was supposed to be October 15th. Any bride to be would be out of her mind not knowing her dress wasn’t in. I was surprised to find not only was the dress in the shop but guess when it arrived…..JULY 27TH – the same day I spoke with Andre.So let’s give Andre some lee way, maybe the dress data wasn’t up to date but there is NO reason that I did NOT get a call regarding the delivery of the dress. The employee that answered the phone repeated when it arrived when I asked and also was perplexed as to why I didn’t receive a call. So if I waited long enough, I believe October 15th (wedding date) would have come and gone without a call.So maybe I’m writing this to appease my displeasure with Country Brides and Gents but I hope you make sure that this is the dress you want because you WILL own it regardless of your situation. County Bride and Gents doesn’t care about YOU they care about the money they get from YOU!!!Living in the area all my life I like to use locally owned services. We could have chosen numerous other shops but didn’t. I guess that was our first mistake. Don’t make it yours.

excellent personal service, flexible and driven to find what you want no matter how specific your needs are. My daughter said yes to the dress there and my mother-in-law who had very specific requests found a beautiful dress as well.
