Igourmet was sold recently and it’s obviously NOT the same company.
I’m so angry I could scream. I want to know why I spent all that time on the phone with a customer service representative, who assured me that my order would be shipped on the CORRECT date because your new updated website has many bugs in it that I am receiving half of my order today weeks ahead of time?
You can’t guarantee that those items are going to be fresh by the time October 7 rolls around and the other thing is you didn’t even keep them cold reaching me. Everything was warm including what we’re supposed to be ice packs.
Does today LOOK like October 7???
They owe me replacements on the correct shipping date. And immediate refunds if items are out of stock. They charge a fortune now for shipping and they can’t even get things here cold or even chill to the touch.
Seriously they DID NOT even get things here OVERNIGHT or the cold packs would still have some substance to them and actually be cold or chilly. Extreme perishables arrived warm.
What a mess. And the joke Is on me for spending money with your company. It’s not the same company obviously. Until now I had been a happy customer for years.

Terrible. Especially the guy Jason Gibbs that looks like He's on steroids...he is also a drug addict and he works obviously for I gourmet. Not only that he does he owe me money for services rendered and is extremely abusive. And does not pay his bills obviously since I was promised $250 and given $120 dollars because mr Gibbs said he couldnt get to the results he thought he should have and so he refused to pay me. If he has some kind of problem that's not my fault. I performed my duties it's not my fault he has issues with his own personal problems, probably from the steroids. He had syringes in his bathroom and he offered me oxy and I said no....their cheese is not stored properly.and Jason Gibbs refused to pay $170 I was owed for an appointment with me at his house in West Pittston. He had no right to drug me saying it's Tylenol pm and it knocked me out cold until this morning but I'm sure I'll be back to sleep after I'm done making this complaint because I still feel like I was roofied. Jason Gibbs is a predator who takes advantage of people's struggles then rips them off. I'm sure I'm not the only one He's done this to before I can tell, and even asked me to go to Chicago with him but if I hear from him again I'll get law enforcement involved. He roofied me and when I woke up to use the bathroom I was confused from not being familiar with his apt in West Pittston. I fell several times and he just kept screaming at me get up leave. He almost wouldn't even let me have my shoes. Wouldn't let me find my expensive earrings and said he'd mail it to me. He gave me whatever had me so messed up cause I brought no meds and don't do drugs. I was only supposed to be there an hour then he freaks out cause I couldn't find the bathroom after being roofied and had no clue where I was...

Unreliable for Gift Giving - Christmas FAIL! On December 6, I ordered a selection of cheese for a Christmas gift. $75 + $24.99 for SHIPPING. On December 24, iGourmet emails me to let me know there is a shipping delay. No heads-up, just a "sorry you trusted us" email. In reality, they never sent the items in the first place. Call it what it really is - a packing delay. After the items were eventually sent on December 26, I was informed that I would receive a refund for one of the cheeses ($8) that was never sent. They did not explain why. I still wanted that item as part of the original gift. Maybe refund the $24.99 in shipping costs? Go to your local cheese store instead. Never using this company for gifts ever again.

So, based solely on my experience with igourmet, I really had begun to suspect it is a scam. I ordered an expensive gift box days before their deadline for Christmas delivery. I was promised delivery between Dec 18-22nd and I was to receive an email when it shipped. When I hadn't received an email by the 19th, I called to confirm everything was still on schedule. I was assured it would be delivered by the 22nd. Customer Service rep said they would track package personally and send me an email before they left work with a status update. Never happened. When I still hadn't received the shipping email on the 22nd, I called again. I was told that it had been processed and was on the dock to be loaded into the FedEx truck that night and would be delivered on the 23rd. She said she upgraded my order to priority overnight shipping and it would for sure get there before Christmas. Customer Service rep said they would track package personally and send me an email before they left work with a status update. Never happened. Of course, I did not receive the shipping email either and they are closed on the weekend. So the gift never even shipped! Christmas was Monday and my friends had no gift, and I had no explanation except that igourmet had totally dropped the ball and was probably a scam. So I called (yet again!) Tuesday morning. Really nice but ineffectual customer service said they would ship it Tuesday for Wednesday delivery, for sure. Still did not ship. What is wrong with this company that they absolutely do not communicate back to the customer when there is an issue or a question or a problem? I guessed they were just stringing me along to see how long they could keep my money. Just as I called 1st thing Wednesday morning to cancel the whole thing, I received an email that it had shipped. Wrong! It actually did not go to Fedex until 4pm that afternoon. It FINALLY arrived Thursday after Christmas. Lest anyone is confused, this was NOT a "there were too many packages for Fedex to deliver" issue. This was an "Igourmet cannot get it out the door when promised" issue. Igourmet completely lost any repeat business from me, my companies and my friends and family. I will never ever trust igourmet again. I absolutely do NOT RECOMMEND ordering from this company. Doesn't matter if the product is good or not because they cannot be trusted to get it delivered when they say they will.

DO NOT recommend! This service is horrible. I do not recommend especially if ordering as a gift where the timing of delivery is important. I ordered multiple baskets for Christmas on December 3rd. Only one was delivered on time. I even followed up and I was repeatedly told delivery would be before Christmas. I receive an email on December 26 that delivery would be on the 27 or 28. No apology! No explanation! They have lost my business for good.

I ordered for the first time and am very happy. A family member who owns a successful restaurant in California told me to try them when I could not find the cheese I wanted. The communication and shipping process was better than any company I've ordered from. The products are outstanding!. I definitely will order from them again. You have to know how to utilize all the services from an import company on the web but I'm a dum dum when it comes to that. I had no trouble getting my first time buyer discount and free shipping. Plan ahead and you won't regret the service! Half of my $200 order of cheeses I could not find locally and this place saved me this year for the Holidays. I received everything on time, well packed and prices are very reasonable. Will take a photo of my charcuterie board later.... after I make it

Unfortunately zero stars isn't an option. I placed an order on December 16th with express shipping to be here in time for Christmas. They generated a label on December 23rd and assured me it would deliver Saturday December 24th, but didn't bother to actually ship it. FedEx never scanned it. After issuing a complaint demanding a refund or I would dispute the charge, they refunded me and apologized for running my Christmas macaroni and cheese recipe. Thank got they feel bad for being so incompetent they can't ship an order in over a week. Literally use any other site before buying from these people.

horrible horrible experience. Miranda is a terrible customer service rep. no wonder how many bad reviews the company has. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MIRANDA or IGOURMET. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I am a long time client of IGourmet for many years. I have used them for both Corporate and Personal gifts. The quality has generally been very good. Recently I ordered a $100 gift for my mother. It contained one perishable item so I paid for Express shipping $27 to my Mothers apartment unit. The item was reported as delivered to the "offices" of her building. After repeated inquiries to the appt manager it was determined that FedEx had put the package in a locked storage area FedEx uses to drop ship. No one was advised of this. By then two days had passed and if I had not been so insistent the package would have sat there until after Easter. I called I Gourmet customer service to advise them. I did not request a refund but simply wanted them to know FedEx problem. I was made to feel that I was the problem not FedEx. I was told repeatedly that I should have requested a signature. Very disappointed in FedEx and especially iGourmet Customer Service

igourmet absolutely knocked it out of the park.I ordered a bunch of cheddar cheese and some swiss cheese and they taste great.I have been looking for a place that has every cheese I'm after at one place and igourmet definitely that place for me.5 stars for sure.

I placed an order on November 24 to be delivered Dec. 16 (they offer delayed delivery). Paid in advance. On the expected day of delivery I still hadn't received a shipping notice. I call and there is only a recording saying all agents are busy and to try the live chat on the website. I try that, no agent is available. I email and get a form response. Back to the live chat. Despite ordering *well* in advance, they "expect" my order will arrive by 12/24 but no guarantee. I ask for a refund. I am told the request needs to be approved and it'll take several business days.Would not recommend given poor service and lack of proactive communication regarding delays.

We ordered a special cheese (kaltbach cave aged gruyere). I used to buy this cheese a lot and it was amazing. There are knockoffs you can get at a supermarket but I ordered from igourmet to get the original. Angelica from customer service told me this was the original and I spent $125 for 4 pounds of cheese. It didn't ship for almost 10 days and when I got it is was the same cheese as you can get in a supermarket. The cheese wasn't horrible and the packaging was nice but they mislead. I won't order from there anymore. Note I did reach out to customer service twice and was ignored. I assume they just don't really care about customers.

Absolute sham. I ordered food and forced to pay $25 shipping. My order not only left late, but sat in a fed ex facility for a week. They have completely ignored all of my communication regarding this issue, and I am forced to call my CC to cancel payment on this order as they just ignore any customer complaint or issue. AVOID at ALL Costs. You will be left truly disappointed.

This company is a fraud, plain and simple. Order a food basket and pay $25 for two-day shipping and you won't see your order for weeks! Stick to well-known businesses in this space. These guys are crooks and should be avoided at all costs.
