“My wife and I were recently in the market looking for new mattresses and wound up going to KOP mall to check out all of the mattress stores on Labor Day weekend. We tried Tempur-Pedic, Purple, and SleepNumber in that order. When we first went to Purple we met Lauren who is one of the Sales Managers at the KOP location and she was great but understood my wife and I were making an investment in our sleep. She had us try out all of Purple Mattresses options and we were pretty sure we’d be coming back but we had to try SleepNumber before making our final decision.
Ultimately we came back to Purple and decided to go with their mattress and bed platform as it suited us best. Lauren got us all set up to have the mattress and bed frame delivered, the process was pretty easy and she wasn’t pushy at all which we both appreciated. When the bed and frame was delivered we were expecting a couple of the purple gadgets we had seen so many people online get that we didn’t. I reached out to Lauren a couple weeks later and explained that we were looking forward to getting those and she immediately sprang into action and had a little Purple goody bag delivered to our place in a couple days. She is amazing, she is quick to respond to any questions you may have, she isn’t pushy like most sales folks especially in the mattress business and she truly believes in the Purple product. If you are in the market for a new mattress to help you sleep better, feel well rested and recovered (I am in construction so that’s highly important to me) I would suggest Purple all the way. Also, if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your needs, ask for Lauren, she’s literally got your back!”
“Larry was so knowledgeable and took a step-by-step approach to helping us find the perfect bed that was within our budget. We are both convinced that we chose the best bed for us.
We phoned back in after a couple months with concerns that our bed wasn’t breaking in as much as we hoped. Larry guided us through a few methods of accelerating the process so that we could be certain of the need for an exchange by the deadline.
Near the end of the exchange window, we went back to reassess our choice and decided to upgrade a similar bed with slightly better-for-us properties that we had glazed over previously (I had largely written off foam mattresses). Larry was very gracious and guided us through the exchange process, ensuring that we made use of every benefit afforded us by Mattress Firm.”

When the home’s existing structure presented a challenge, the technicians worked together to find a sustainable solution - and I knew they weren’t leaving until the job had been done right. “I arrived and walked around the store for 20 minutes looking for a chair that would meet my criteria. Several salespeople walked by me, were not engaged with any other customers and never acknowledged me. Noted 2 sales people sitting at a table talking or staring out the windows. Stephanie Rick was helping 2 customers, noted that I was still walking around and asked me if I needed help. I stated that I was looking for a chair and walked on. Stopped at the customer service desk a few minutes, asking questions about the chair I was interested in and commented how no one but Stephanie had made a point to welcome me to the store or asked me if I needed help. After another 10 minutes Stephanie came up to me at the customer service desk and again asked me if I needed help. So I worked with her to purchase a chair, made arrangements to return to pick up my purchase later that day.
That afternoon when I arrived to pick up my chair, every salesperson I passed noted my arrival and said hello.”

“We purchased a new home earlier this year that had a combined family, dining, and kitchen space and were unsure where to start with putting together a cohesive design plan. We had spent an entire day picking out a dining room table and didn’t know how to build around it. We met Rylie Roberts at Ethan Allen and explained our situation. She asked a lot of questions to get a feel for our likes and dislikes and then crafted an entire floor plan to pull the space together. She walked us through all of the different choices and listened patiently to our reaction and suggested alternatives. She even offered additional appointments so that we could get comfortable will all of the selections which we took her up on.

The process was seamless and she worked with us on the timing of our new construction so that we could ensure delivery soon after we settled. I cannot overstate the peace of mind we had in entrusting her with the most important space in our house. Rylie was personable, professional, patient, and has a keen ear for listening and an eye for design. We were so impressed with her work that we engaged her services for additional rooms.
