We cannot say enough about John. We were stranded Sunday before Memorial Day due to our car shutting down. John went out of his way to stop to make sure we were okay and offered help as were on the side of the road. He then went out of his way to secure the part that was needed to get us going on Memorial Day, having to travel into Pittsburgh to do this. He and his friends worked late on the holiday to fix our car and then he checked to make sure we got home ok. He did a great iob in fixing our car and more important cared to make sure we were okay. Would recommed Keystone Autoworx to everyone

Called with emergency brake issue. John called back within minutes . Dropped car off and Jay had it fixed.
Called when found more issues . Advised me of price. Got the OK and it was done. They went above and beyond to ensure the car was safe for my kids.
Hard to find people who care. Jay is awesome.
Very reasonably priced. Well below most . Work is great.

Keystone Autoworx's did an amazing job on my Mercedes that was in a wreck and fixed up a dent on my bumper per my request. The car looks brand new and I am so happy with the results. John and his staff are so nice and trustworthy. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. I will recommend anyone who needs body work done to Keystone Autoworx's! The term "customer service" has been redefined! Staff was very helpful. If you want to be shown respect, kindness, and professionalism, see Keystone Autoworx! My car died as I turned into my driveway on a Friday evening. I was about to make calls to get help pushing car off of the road when two gentleman pulled over and asked if they could assist. Apparently, someone who works at Keystone saw my car stop and called these guys to my rescue! (Kristi must be a secret superhero!) I do live very close to the shop. I would have been pleased with the push off the road and into my driveway. They introduced themselves and offered to find the problem. They tested and explained the issue.Who would be able to fix this couple hour problem with part available for me to go to work Monday?John said he would look into it and get price options more accurate then the short conversation. Next thing I know, John calls with everything complete at a much lower than expected price that night! Thank you so much!

I met John at an AutoZone and he saw me struggling to replace my headlights and offered his help. He is really polite and honest about the work needing done. A commercial shop wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to replace parts when John was able to repair and save those parts and save me hundreds. I now drive the 45 minutes to his shop when there's dozens in my area because I trust his word and I trust his work.
