They treat new clients like criminals or something? Very difficult to schedule an appointment, especially if you prefer email. They use an app called Otto and it automatically archives your messages after they respond so you need to create a new request every time.
With that on top of requiring a $50 deposit to even schedule an appointment, which they wont tell me of it gets applied to the future balance or if they pocket it. I will not be going to this place.

The people here are fantastic and take such great care of my dog. They are responsive and kind. I'm thankful they exist in our community. Consistently provide great care to my dog.

Very compassionate and friendly vet and vet techs. He scheduled my senior dog with no issues after her normal vet wouldn’t due to the fact that she couldn’t walk. I have been with them ever since.

Update! They are not compassionate and caring at all! Have been going to them for years with my dogs and my dog got ahold of a prescription drug and ate it. Instead of saying bring him in immediately they told me to call animal poison control because they didn't deal with it. Really?? You're a Vet and don't deal with this?? I called poison control and was told to take him to my vet as soon as possible and when I called back for an emergency visit I was told they couldn't see him that they were booked and would have to take him all the way to Monroeville or Pittsburgh. Really?? They didn't have time to at least fit him in to check him? Sadly, my Cooper passed away this evening and I am heartbroken...I will never ever take another one of my pets to them and will never recommend them to anyone!

If you're looking for a poorly managed vet clinic run by a narcissistic coward, look no further. The owner struts around with more ego than compassion, treating their staff with utter disdain. The managers are completely out of touch, seemingly lost in their own delusions of competence. It’s a toxic environment where the staff suffers the most. For the sake of your pet and basic human decency, go elsewhere.

I've been there about 4 times with my dog. Last time will be the last. The male veterinarian is creepy and has a personality like a bag of rocks. Treated my 2 year old pup horribly. Made him piss/poop he was so scared. The young women that work there talk behind your back also. I heard them through the door as they talked about me/dog. My dogs ears were treated twice now and are worse now than before. I have no faith in this group in West newton. Dr Hope was great, NOT this new bunch!!!

Absolutely the best !! The care provided is stellar, bar none. My dogs actually get excited when we pull into the parking lot. Very highly recommend!!
