“So glad my mother told me to go to them to get my tires after being treated like trash at Walmart tire center and seeing how much other customers were complaining about their service, the next morning I went to Whitaker Tires and they got my tires on in a reasonable time and the price for my tires were fair as well, thanks again guys!!”

“I chose this place because I know that it used to be affiliated with Bruce Brothers. Bruce Brothers was a business that my family did business with since I was a child. It's clearly not the same company. That's probably why they removed their name.. I purchased two new tires to be placed on the front. The mechanic obviously knew that because he said on my voicemail before he put the tires on that he was going to be putting them on the front.. I only have one bad tire. However, I wanted it even wear so that's why I got 2. Unbeknownst to me I thought that my other tire was in the trunk. Because as I said I only had one bad tire that was a blowout.. however, when I got home I noticed that the two new tires were on the back I understand that's what they usually do. However the mechanic knew that they should go on the front. Then I also noticed that my second tire was nowhere to be found. That I was also charged a disposal fee for a perfectly good tire!! Then, I know this is a trick that some shops do to get you to come back. Maybe because I'm a female. I don't know what reason they have for putting the two front tires at 29 PSI and the two back tires at 40 PSI? Most homes don't have an air compressor. However, I do. I was pissed to say the least... It clearly says in every vehicle when you open the driver door what the PSI should be on the tires for that vehicle... Not to mention in the receipt it says the recommended PSI for those tires is 37... But for some unknown reason they had the wrong PSI in all of the tires... I will not be returning. Except to pick up my perfectly fine tire that they took.
UPDATE. AFTER THIS REVIEW WAS SUBMITTED THE MANAGER OF THE LOCATION REACHED OUT TO ME AND TOOK CARE OF THIS. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND VERY FRIENDLY IN HANDLING THIS. I CAN TRULY STAY THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND GETTING THIS WHOLE PROBLEM RECTIFIED. I SINCERELY APPRECIATE THAT THEY ACTUALLY TOOK THE TIME TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. BECAUSE OF THIS I WILL BE A RETURN CUSTOMER. So I'm updating my review from one star to four. Thanks again Kris!”

“Bob like sports, talk much about sports, 100 acres and Honey, many other things Pooh-Bear. From Steelers to Baseball to driving bus in one breath, wear me out, listening on hold. Me just want battery terminal tighten. Me no hammer on starter, new battery, terminal lead, over tightened, cracked now loose, no start. 3 bourbon 1 scotch, no beer.”

“The 5 stars I am giving for this review is by far because of the Bakery. They never disappoint with their cakes and they are so affordable and good. I love cookie cake and they have a double layered cookie cake. You can order these ahead of time and pick the colors of your icing, or you can even look at their look book online and get a picture on your cake. The prices are great too. The picture of the cake was only $18. It looked cute and was very reasonable in price. I will continue to recommend the bakery to anyone who has a Sam's membership.”
