“Lisa is a sweetheart who has a passion for her job. The office is super small but lots of parking, and sometimes the police use it to make sure you stop at the stop sign. Lisa is so pleasant to deal with I had to write a review. I do not know her personally just a customer. Even when busy like Christmas, she was still in a good mood. maybe they are paying her $200k a year to put up with locals.... I doubt that only kidding on the income. I'll be shipping some things on Ebay so I might do an update. Clean place but weird hours since its a small place.”

“This was the easiest experience I think I ever had at a drop off postal spot. 2 guys were working and I walked in with my two kids expecting it to be a process since I didnt have packaging ready or the label attached or anything. They literally took care of everything and I was out in 2 minutes. I simply paid and they packed up the item and labeled it and within an hour maybe less i received an email about my return being completed. The man at the register was kind and approachable as well. “I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Staples on Penn Avenue. I had a large, last-minute print order for my father's funeral, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate during such a difficult time. They offered suggestions and different options to make sure my print job turned out exactly as I wanted it.
When I picked up my order the next day, the staff not only expressed their condolences but also gave me flowers, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. The manager suggested I download the Staples app to earn money back on my purchase, and the team member ringing me out even applied a coupon I didn't know about, saving me an additional $50.
The entire process was seamless and effortless, which meant so much to me during such a challenging time. The care and dedication the staff showed will always stay with me. “Few times I've dealt w/ staff, they've always been pleasant and helpful. Normally I go their 1-3 times a year (12-ish yrs), but usually at night. Can go in after hrs and have partial access...electronic kiosks, PO Boxes and such. It's perfect if all u need is to buy some stamps or drop off mail.”

I didn't have a lot of experience mailing things when I first started coming by and he explained everything for me. It's usually pretty fast even though they don't seem to have a lot of employees.
