Worst Sheetz in the area, come here if you enjoy waiting 15 minutes for your mobile order while the manager in charge of sending them out is talking with her friend instead of passing them out.

Normally have a great experience at this store, today(10/09 - approx 5:40pm) I went to purchase a pack of cigarettes and the gentleman working the register took my ID and said:
“This isn’t you.”
I said “yes it is..?”
He said “no it isn’t”
I offered to go get my conceal carry weapons permit out of my car to provide a second photo ID and he said “whatever” and finished the transaction.
Personally I just find it poor customer service to directly accuse me of using a fraudulent ID.
If someone is suspicious of an ID, the industry standard in my experience has always been to first ask about information on the ID: address, birthday, height etc.,
I don’t want the fella to get in trouble or anything like that… but someone needs to tell him that is an absolutely
Inappropriate way to handle that situation.

Literally the worst sheets I've ever been to. Want food? Better be ready to wait 45 minutes. I've eaten at sit down restaurants with faster service. Absolutely ridiculous

Literally worst sheetz. I'll drive the extra 10 min to go the one on 51 from now on. I ordered a double cheese burger and got a chicken sandwich with cheese sticks on it. Literally every time I go I'm missing something or the order is just flat wrong. That crew is awful and needs retrained. Employee was so rude to me for being deaf.
He denied my id when I tried to show him my other id he shoved me off to get to the next customer and kept just saying this one doesn't work and shrugging his shoulders
And would not listen to me that I accidentally handed him the wrong ID
I know my speech isn't the best because I am deaf but the embarrassment on how he treated me was enough to just leave

Just had some food here, fries platter with a bunch of stuff one of which was chicken. There was a piece of chicken that I could have swore was raw. Go up to the manager just to let him know and he says that they don’t have raw food in the back. I was like oh okay, do you want to see it just so I know it wasn’t me. He says no that’s fine, I can give you back a refund if you’d like. Good response there but who wouldn’t know the difference in raw vs cooked chicken especially when the chicken in question is squishy and stringy l. Anyway, I did not get a refund because I didn’t go up to the manager with that intention. Just go for packaged food or like I would normally do, for alcohol. Good luck to everyone who goes in for food. I really hope there is no raw meat in your food!!

Ever since the holidays last year this location has gone down hill fast. The services is always slow and terrible, and now a days you need to check your food before you leave. My husband tried to pick up a snack for us and somehow they managed to send a buffalo chicken pizza out without any sauce. We took a bite to see if they just decided not to put the buffalo sauce on and had the ranch under the mountain of cheese, but nope. Like how does this happen?

I go to this Sheetz everyday I've never had a problem with anyone I've actually made friends sometimes you have to wait a little bit for your food but they get busy just like any other place
