They dint take cards in food court.. we have to use app ordering or cash ? the store in-self has everything but the staff communications can be improved.. I bought a brand new Swiss gear bag pack and the lady who was billing was checking all the bag pack pockets as if I hide something therefore .. I am a new member joined today to sams club and after this experience reconsider if I will give it a try..

Upgraded my membership to get free curbside pickup. I've done two pickups since upgrading and both have been missing items that they charged me for. The first the it was missing bananas and this time I was missing grapes, strawberries, and a pack of chicken thighs. They refunded the grapes and strawberries, but tried to get me to take a gift card for the thighs. I didn't want a gift card because I'm going to be buying them somewhere else anyways and they should be able to refund the card that was charged. They said they could refund the thighs but it would take 7-10 days. I asked to refund it anyways and then was disconnected by the app, so I guess I'll see if I get my money back for the thighs.
Probably going to ask for a refund for the premium membership, doesn't actually save you any time if you have to make multiple trips and request refunds ever single time you pick up your order.

I have changed my review due to the fact that I am tired of spending a small fortune in this store using a useless app for scan and go and still stand in line at the door for 15 minutes having items counted and then scan half of my order. A manger should be stepping up to move the line quicker instead of shooting the breeze with another associate. I've never experienced this at costco. People who shop here need to have their items accounted for instead of trying to steal from the store and hold everyone else up. Gas pumps another issue as well. Traffic goes in one direction check the arrows and follow them unless you are too stupid to do that. Not all clubs have these problems. Wise up people and managers run your store efficiently.

I shop all 3 of the big warehouses. In today's economy you have to save where you can and get the best quantity and quality for your buck! Do your research!

Why does the gas station attendant allow cars to enter in the "do not enter, exit only" far left lane in wrong direction. Those people don't want to wait in line but are risking an accident on another driver, etc. It is like that every time I go there or pass by.
Also, why do they continue to allow employees to smoke cigarettes outside by the entrance right by the propane tanks? That is very hazardous to employees and members alike.

One of my favorite places to shop for some items. While not all items are necessary in bulk the toilet paper and paper towels are much cheaper. The frozen section is also fantastic and the gas station is about $ 0.10 cheaper per gallon then other places locally.

Wanted to purchase 10 x 14 Backyard Discovery wooden gazebo on display in West Mifflin store only to find its not available at the store. But it can be shipped for an additional $300. Booo. And Boooo some more. Bad deal!!!

Terrible customer service.. the lady who setting customer service she doesn’t allowed me to use my wife sams card. and i was returned from store. I bring my wife to add my name on his card .. after my wife was there she still treated/ or inquired like i am in court .. I never had like that experience in any store … my daughter is sick that day and my wife she is in home I need to do shopping same day I tried to explain that she doesn’t listen.. I had online access to that Sam’s account and payment card also under my name ..
