Probably one of the most unprofessional businesses I’ve had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. Rude, impatient, yelling on the phone. Need an actual receptionist instead of Mr. Old mean mechanic guy getting angry cause he can’t remember which customer he’s talking to on which phone. Tried to reschedule the dude yelled and said he was done and I wasn’t allowed to reschedule. Who does that? Half the time they don’t even know what they’re doing. The only good thing about this company was the convenient location nearest to me. But I’ll never go again.

It can be so hard to find trustworthy mechanics who both know what they are doing and don't try to nickel and dime you. These guys are the best.

Absolutely the best people. They went out of their way to help me get inspected and make sure my older car was ready to get back on the road. Can't say enough good things about S&S Auto! Will definitely be back.

If I could rate a negative number I would. They are one of West Mifflin's "favored towing companies" ok then, you pay my $750 tow and move it to Bowser Collison which it where it was supposed to go, but the cops wouldn't let me tell them. I swear they have a deal with them and get a "commision".

Completely careless with my vehicle. Grease and mud throughout interior. Unprofessional looking, as well as improper loading/ unloading of vehicle. And it was the owner of the company! Extremely bad experience with these guys
