Being able to check in on my phone makes the process easier and more time efficient. Shauna was the person who did my testing. She is newly to this location & she is extremely polite, friendly and you can tell she loves what she is doing.
I forgot my paperwork and she looked it up on the computer, I didn’t have to reschedule my appointment. Highly recommend this location

My veins are hard to find and are small, it’s struggle to find in like every lab I have done. So, a nurse had suggested me earlier to ask for butterfly needle, that they use for smaller veins with smaller needles.
Today a lady took me in this location, looked for my veins, couldn’t find it, I asked her for butterfly needle and explained that it’s always been like this. She didn’t listen to me, she tried the regular needle, missed my vein and she poked around, still couldn’t find it, at this point I was so much in pain. She said she will someone else and dissapeared. Afterwhile, another kind lady came in, her name was Kim, she was smiling and seemed kind, I explained her the situa And asked for a butterfly needle. She listened to me and used the butterfly needle and found the vein at once and the procedure wasn’t painful at all. If I go back, I will ask for KIM.
Kim, Thank you for being kind and listening. I wish everyone would do the same.

She missed the vein. I get that. Happens all the time, but here's what annoyed me. She left the room, never to return again. She sent a co-worker in. Here's what I want - here's the right thing to do: Come BACK, apologize and stay in the room if a co-worker takes over. Moreover, she didn't do me any favors by jostling the needle back and forth. By leaving, she acted cowardly.

The pretty blonde technician at Quest in West Mifflin was fantastic. She submitted my information and my doctor got the results within a day or two. I don’t understand why when the other girl does the same exact test it took nearly over a week for her to submit the specimen. This delay caused me a delay in starting the antibiotics that I needed. She needs to take a lesson or two from the blonde lady who waited on me.?

They were very helpful to me. My prescription wasn't in the system. They allowed me to contact my PCP and got me squared away in about 30 minutes.

Do not waste your time at this location. I had an appointment, arrived on time and checked in via a link I was texted. I then received a text that I was checked in and didn’t need to do anything else to check in. There is no receptionist to talk to. I then waited 25 minutes before attempting to find my appointment at the kiosk screen, which couldn’t find my appointment. I then asked one of the nurses who came out what happened to my appointment, who then talked down to me about being late even though I was on time. Her solution was to register as a walk in and wait longer. Complete waste of my time.

I believe the employee that worked there that day's name is Sherry. (I think)I'm notoriously afraid of getting shots or having my blood drawn. Sherry was very nice and coached me through getting 6 tubes of blood drawn quickly and almost painlessly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I will continue to come here forever!

They say walk in welcome. I walked in at 10:30 and needed to make an appointment? Ok so I do that it comes back for 12:40 the same day so I leave and came back at 12:25 and checked it. I seen three other people in the office with their names on the TV and all of their appointments were after mine. I sat there patiently while they came out and got those people, and finally with me, and one other lady sitting in the waiting room, someone came from the back and ask if everybody was signed in at this time I was frustrated after waiting so long and spoke up and said yes I’ve been and you have called other people in front of me. At that time, the lady decided to raise her voice and tell me. We have been out here five times looking for you, when, in fact, that was in no way even close to the truth. And then told me at that time. Oh my God oh well, come on. At that time, I decided to not allow this lady with an attitude. To stick me with a needle I decided to Cancel my appointment. And as I was walking away, I heard the lady laugh and jokingly say to her teammate. Oh well, I guess that’s one less I have to do today. Very unprofessional, very rude and inconsiderate. Obviously the people in your office are there because they are sick or need some type of medical services in for you to be so callous in uncaring in mean. Is just terrible. You should be ashamed of yourself and look for another employment

Lady was very understanding when I didn't have my order. Make sure to check if your doctor sent the order to this quest or they will give you a fax but it may take 30 min for this quest to get the order. Or simply print the order which will make the process go faster.
