New Dimension Comics at the Waterfront is widely regarded as the best comic book store in the area. It is a huge shop with a massive selection of all things, including comics, back issues, manga, toys, cards, and table top games. They have an excellent selection of Magic The Gathering cards, both new and used, and everything needed for miniatures. The employees are consistently noted as friendly and knowledgeable. The store hosts events like MTG tournaments, signing events, Free Comic Book Day, and organizes the 3 Rivers Comicon. It is a place where visitors can easily spend many hours browsing.
Been to a few locations for this store and while they all have some magic the gathering singles their selection had me leave empty handed. Staff is always friendly though.
