...it seems to me kohl's has brands that formerly were in jc penney stores, only I don't care for kohl's floor plan...too small and bunched together...

i went to return a shirt. i was told to go and find a new shirt but it had to be the same brand and price. This was impossible to do. so I went back to the counter and the lady said " I will just give you store credit" Why wasn't that done in the first place? would have saved me 20 minutes of my time. Time is valuable and I wasn't compensated for that.

The Century 3 store is way too hot and not enjoyable to shop there. Now they changed the way you can use their coupons and it doesn’t apply to most things unless it is a “Kohls brand” they are going to go under because of greed. If it’s working leave it be. I’m not shopping there as much as before. Will force me to shop online instead.

Easy to get in & out of parking. Able to locate merchandise in my size. Disappointed in lack of wide width women's dress shoes. Dressing rooms needed attention.

All around there is not enough variety in selections. I was shopping for a women’s pajamas and was very disappointed at the selections. Also was shopping for women’s tops and was disappointed in the selections. I would like to shop for more, but since I was so disappointed in the variety, I decided to go elsewhere. OK
