This pharmacy finds any reason to not send medication then they don’t communicate proactively or even answer the phone. I would choose literally any other option.

Polaris pharmacy is by far the worst customer service I have ever been involved with. If you get a person to speak to the initial contact is friendly. The person they transfer you to will not help, will not answer questions and will not call you back. Trying to resolve billing issues for my parents, one parent that was deceased 4 months before Polaris was pharmacy but they are continuing to bill him anyway. Last email I received said “ I will check with my managers and call you back after Memorial Day “. That was 9 months ago with repeated emails and calls since. The online thing you receive in a timely manner is the incorrect bills! If your loved ones facility is thinking of using Polaris , I highly recommend that you protest.

Very difficult to speak to someone to resolve billing issues in timely manner of which there have been several issues.

Christina and Lauren are the BEST!! They are my go to girls for any questions and needs I have. I ask for them specifically and I'd highly recommend anyone calling in for assistance ask for them as well! They are very knowledgeable and know how to get things done. They do everything they can to make sure you are getting anything and everything you need.

Unbelievablly unprofessional, insensitive l, and downright out of line. Called to say that my father had passed, that I was overwhelmed with making funeral arrangements for him, and that and I needed a bit of time before I could make space to sort out an already questionable set of charges that I had previously contacted them about in addition to handling all of his finances, provate, etc. That was never resolved. Additional bill came, piling onto the confusion.The woman called me rude. And did so with attitude and heavy voice inflection. The woman who did not acknowledge the fact that I said my father just passed away.I thought I was going above and beyond in my time of grief abd overwhelm to let them know I would indeed respond and take care of things, just that it would not be right away.What selfish, inconsiderate treatment I received. Shame on you.

some of the workers are rude and unprofessional. they make make you feel like you are thoroughly interrupting their day, when you are just trying to do your job. I am a nurse and have had no problems with johnsons up to this point with multiple facilities. You should really try to be professional with everyone you speak with, and I know that is challenging sometimes. but I will be sharing my experience with my boss, and will be contacting corporate about what was heard in the background of the phone call.overall though not a bad pharmacy to deal with, they are prompt on returning phone calls when needed, and 9/10 my medication I need is present.

The service at this pharmacy has been excellent. The staff is friendly and courteous and getting prescriptions filled for simple and complex orders has always been quick and hassle free.

My parents have dealt with this pharmacy for years. I have been very satisfied with the services and respect that they have given to my parents. If I have any questions my phone call is always returned in a timely manner. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied and I have all my questions answered. Johnson's Pharmacy has given me great customer service. I recently had a major medical event and they were great! I had gone to a different pharmacy in the area to be told there was a shortage of one of my medications. After waiting for days to get the medication, which never was filled, I had to find a pharmacy that had the medication that I needed. I called Johnson's and they had it! I had it within an hour with no excuses or big lines to wait in. The entire staff was friendly and had a great experience!

My grandmother goes through Johnson's for her medications using their Pure Pack program and their service has been unbelievable so far. They made the transition so easy for her and were so helpful when my grandmother had any questions. They really went above and beyond my expectations.
