My daughter and I like to thrift and this is one of THE BEST stores to shop! The variety and quality of items is incomparable! Plus, the staff are friendly and helpful. 10/10

Few years ago this GoodWill facility had nice staff. The good thing about it now is the nice building. Staff goofs off, ignores customers, and the past 2 times I went to donate clothes and ask for a tax receipt I got ignored and other customers after me got attended first. Really immature staff at the front. The staff who takes your donations is nice.

At one time, this was a decent store for interesting items at extremely reasonable prices. The last several times that I visited this store, I noticed that the prices had increased. In my opinion, they should be GIVING these items away or burning them.

Had 9 items. Sales associate double scanned some of my items and the system prompted him to where it said already scanned item. Manually entered it in. Something seemed off but checked receipt. 12 items scanned on receipt but I only purchased 9 items. Difference of $21 some odd dollars discrepancy. Didn’t catch it until I already left the building so didn’t even bother to go back in and try to argue I got double scanned. Just don’t be returning to this store. For the sake of future customers, educate the staff better.

Nice selection, but overpriced. I couldn't find any pair of jeans for less than $20. I'd rather just go to the salvation army 2 minutes away.

I did not know that it takes two cashiers to wrap glassware for one customer while my husband and I wait to be checked up along with other customers for 25 minutes in line. Not to add that there no carts left so my husband and I had to carry everything in our hands. There were multiple employees walking and talking around the store rather than opening the other two registers to assist the customers waiting. The two cashier men were quite rude staring and laughing at the line of customers.

The store is difficult to navigate. The shirts are all lumped together by size, it would be nice if they were at least broken out by short or long sleeve.

I recently had an experience with the store manager at Goodwill, Ann. I found her to be dismissive and unhelpful (very dry and short with me) when I asked for help. It would have been great if she had been able to be more attentive and willing to assist, as she is a store manager. I also noticed her lack of compassion/bad treatment of her employees. She seemed very rude toward the other employees, and I was honestly baffled by her attitude. I hope this problem will be fixed for those employees. Everything else was fine, the store is very clean, probably the cleanest one I’ve been to. Just wanted to share my poor experience!!

I used to look forward to coming to this store for various reasons — first of all, the staff is incredible and obviously care about their store. Items are visually arranged so nicely & even though I am not a regular here they always remember me when I get to stop once every month or so. I have a problem with one thing and one thing only — the growing trend I see is selling used vans shoes with no laces for $19.99 and up. A donated pair of shoes should never be more than $15 — to purchase vans laces you’re going to spend $10 and then you’re at the sale price of a new shoe. A vans shoe is not a designer!! I used to come home with so many items from this store however I notice the color tag of the week less and less on the racks… this is constructive criticism because I really think this store is great & doing everything else right. But I go out of my way to come here & I am finding I have less reasons to visit.

I visited this Goodwill location recently for the first time. It is by far the nicest one I have been to. The store was clean and there is a large selection of different kinds of clothing, accessories, home goods, etc. Dru helped me at checkout and was an absolute gem to speak to while we removed the hangers from my items. I will absolutely be returning and I hope that I run into Dru again!

We arrived at 6:45 PM to donate a truck load of valuable donations.The lady manager was rude and stated they close at 7:00 "Why did we bring it this late?I worked hard to load up the truck and really felt good to get it there before they closed.Our donations are to employ them, the community and contribute to societies quality of life.We felt really disrespected.
