I dunno what happened to the produce management here but the past 2 times I've gone to this location the produce was horrendous. If it wasn't totally rotten it was in the process of rotting thanks to being next to the stuff that was totally rotten. I can't see how this is acceptable to anyone.

A very large and busy grocery store. I like this Giant Eagle but they're in a plaza that is often a pain in the butt to get in or out of. The store is great, the location isn't.

I wish i can give zero stars. I dont appreciate how Lisa (a manager at this store) told my cousin to call back on whether or not MY MOTHER died. Do u not understand how rude that is to me, the daughter of the Deceased? And because of that call, she didnt make it in time to see her before her passing. We never got an apology either.
