This place is the best. I have a niche use case: printing large, durable images for table top RPG maps. I came in, my design loaded on a flash drive, and they were able to get me a 27x48 inch high quality print on display stock in less than an hour and for under $100. The staff were all friendly, and I was especially impressed by the gentleman sporting the silver ponytail, who had a great command of the print products and knew exactly how to get what I wanted. I've had more than one such experience with them over several years and highly recommend them.

You have to pay for service. Cost $3 for representation to help. Seems like they get paid commission to assist.

Very poor customer service from the young girl working at the desk. She was very rude when I went to drop my box off. Her first response with a cocky attitude was “what’s this” i responded with “a box” then she continued to rudely ask me what was in it and said “well we can’t ship this” even though it had a printer fedex label on it. Another lady came over and nicely explained why it couldn’t be shipped. The original girl didn’t even know why it couldn’t be shipped. I contacted the manager and he said he would take care of it. She should probably learn her job better if she’s working there.

Worst service ever. Like walking into a room of robots. Girl who waited on me very unhappy and rude. Had a big package in car to ship and I’m now off to post office. FedEX will never get my business again.

Ehh. I guess if you need copies or need to send out something for FedEx. Definitely did not like that I had to step to three counters to take care of my business and enter my card and at each counter. Definitely didn’t like that the sales person helping me was chitchatting with her coworker while working with me.

Sends late emails and messages saying they tried to deliver…then don’t give you time to get downstairs at all….ran downstairs didn’t see no truck

Horrible! I literally hate using Fed Ex!!! Constantly loosing packages.... lying constantly about delivery times!!! Wont get another dime out of me!!!

My man with the long hair knows his stuff. He's been working this Fedex for a while. As long as you are patient he can make anything you need. Nice to see someone loving their job.

I was at the FedEx store in West Mifflin on 1/14/23 (afternoon) to send out some important notarized documents that had been prepaid for by the recipient. After leaving, and on my way home, I realized that I had forgotten a document that had fallen on the floor. Subsequently, I returned in a hurry. The gentleman that waited on me (and waited on all the other customers that were there while I was) was very kind, proficient, helpful, and speedy in helping me fix my problem as well as helping the other customers. I did not catch his name, but I would like to make sure he recieves a kudos for his work. There was another person working that day (a woman) but apparently she was busy trying to fix and issue in the back. Thank you!

First time using FedEx printing services. I made a collage poster (24" x 36") and needed it printed same-day. Website was saying earliest availability was next-day in the afternoon but I called the store and spoke to Abby and she was able to get my poster printed same-day, actually just within a few hours of placing the order. It came out great and honestly the fact that the store employees went out of their way to help some random person calling in with an order really means the world to me. Keep up the great work FedEx West Mifflin team!
